We have requested a no balcony and quiet room, however,a room with balcony and facing the main road was given to us,it's extremely noisy 24/7!They also charge you for extra pillow or towels.The room is dirty and smelly,toilet drainage slow and old design.

This store is also difficult to deal with. There was no one at the front desk at 23:30. I got off work and locked my work phone in the drawer. Ctrip customer service called many times and the phone kept ringing. It was locked and pulled out. There was only one security guard downstairs. If you book and pay, you can't refund. Normal hotel for its price for a few nights. The metro is very close, the service is normal.
In Chinatown, in the evening the street is not very clean and you can see people sleeping on the street.
But there is a 7/11, Starbucks downstairs, and a nice restaurant opposite. The view from the window was of the temple.
