The hotel changed branding right before we checked in, and was worried that our booking maybe cancelled. We don’t get any official notification from the hotel about this change. However the hotel still kept our booking and we still had room.
The rooms were not maintained well, and quite old, which had left some concern for hygiene and cleanliness standard. The bathroom was quite old, and not maintained well. Though the room was spacious, and towards the end of the stay they did change the mattress.
Overall based on the price it was an ok stay but I probably wouldn’t return unless they had a full renovation of all the rooms.

A very underwhelming stay that did not represent the Hilton brand.
The male steam room didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Swimming pool tiles are damaged. No robes in the room. The bathtub faucet didn't work (I had to fill the bath using the shower). Breakfast choice was limited and cold. However, the egg station was fantastic. Very little fruits and cheeses etc.
Check-in was very friendly and warm. The bed was pretty comfortable. Located nearby Em Malls and Phrom Phong BTS.
For the price paid I was very disappointed

Very good, I stay here regularly, convenient to travel, located in the city center, there is a shuttle bus, the room is comfortable, I go there quite often, I have stayed here many times, there are complete kitchenware, the reception is very cute.
