我訂的房間很大很舒適，雙人床比一般的還要大！泳池和健身房也很齊全，基本找不到缺點。只是日常洗衣就要交由酒店和要付費的，也沒有洗衣設備可共用，不像其他酒店會有洗衣機在房內或公用地方，這是我唯一不滿的地方。而且trip.com在設施一欄是顯示有「乾衣機」的，明顯這是錯的。

Impeccable experience!
Excellent location, within walking distance to BTS and EM shopping district. There are many restaurants, 711, and regular massage downstairs.
Both the lobby and the facilities in the room are very complete, and the design is reasonable and considerate. I especially like the small balcony and dressing table in my room.
All the staff are very professional, warm and polite, especially the beautiful lady Means (should be spelled like this) who checked in and out at the front desk. Her English is super fluent and the communication is smooth! The thin and tall concierge after checking out is also very good!
In short, I will only stay in this hotel when I come to Bangkok in the future!
