I really like it because the apartment has a microwave. Ground floor 7/11. Not noisy. Lots of local food. Spacious room. Cool AC. However, it's really hard to get Grab to pick you up from the location. Many people canceled for some reason.

Clean room, hot water, gel/shampoo. Every day they put water in bottles next to the room. Cleaning on request. They took a deposit upon check-in, then returned it. Of the minuses - very noisy in the mornings (someone was constantly shouting/making noise on the street), so I moved to a quieter place.
