Staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, like it that mall is accessible and sheltered. Nama Japanese restaurant did not live to expectations.

I just can’t stop taking photos at this hotel. Unique old-fashioned of Chicago vibes concept at here is such a cozy and relaxing. Functional room with a good size of bathroom. Various choices of breakfast both of Asian and western delicacy. Gym / sauna and tiny swimming pool also provided. Good wifi signal at almost every spot. Professional staff.

We stayed in this hotel for the night as we only needed somewhere to sleep. Check in process was smooth, and our room had been upgraded to the Plus room due to the regular rooms being fully booked. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom could do with some upgrading though. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included with our stay, there weren’t too many options but it did the job. Great location too.

The pool attendants were always on hand to ensure my lounge bed was perfectly prepared, allowing me to relax completely. This ensures a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently accessible to the city's attractions. The calm environment allowed me to unwind and escape the city's hustle and bustle. I stayed in 2 rooms apartment and studio room recently. I was taken aback that the air conditioner is blowing directly to bed we’re sleeping. This makes us feel too cold and will be too humid if we were to adjust room temperature to 23C. Hotel breakfast is just a basic one as it comes together from booking studio room. Quite far walking distance from Chit Lom BTS station.

I recommended Siam Kempinski based on its reputation, while check-in process and room were satisfactory, I must note that the hotel is not particularly new. That said, lobby and general areas are well-maintained, showcasing the property’s commitment to upkeep 👍🏻  However, during the stay, there were some service lapses that required attention. While the management team eventually offered service recovery after multiple escalations from the Manager to the Director, the handling of the issue could have been smoother. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected quicker and more proactive CS without needing the guest to follow up repeatedly. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in delivering the seamless, elevated service that aligns with the high standards associated with the Kempinski brand!

Our stay at Park Hyatt Bangkok was beyond perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and supported throughout our entire stay. One positive aspect of my stay was that the hotel provided a shower room with fresh towels while I waited for my flight. This thoughtful touch truly enhanced my overall experience and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Chota for promptly resolving our AC issue with great understanding and to Rashid for the warm welcome and for making our anniversary celebration truly special. The attention to detail, luxurious atmosphere, and exceptional service made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience in Bangkok.

I am satisfied most of the time there, hotel has nice breakfast, nice staff, pool view is nice.. Accept when I check-in. I have mentioned my request here at Trip, as well I worte a email to hotel directly. However, check-in staff have no cluet that anything I have requested.

We recently stayed at the St. Regis hotel for three days and was impressed by their service. Every staff member was well-trained and greeted us with genuine, warm smiles. The butler service was exceptional, particularly Nisa, who wrote a heartfelt handwritten card and gave me a thoughtful gift. The hotel's location is very convenient, and the room was spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Overall, my experience was excellent.

If you stay more than two days, you realize the breakfast is really boring, always the same. The swimming pool is great, you have a great view of the Bangkok city center. The location of the hotel is premium! As for the cleanliness, the rubbish bin in the toilet is really small and the cleaning personnel not very diligent. It is difficult to open or close balcony door. As for the hotel restaurant, prices of the dishes do not match the quality. The dessert was quite disappointing, despite being the most expensive in the menu. The hotel staff didn’t change the greeting message on the TV screen, so instead to feel welcomed, I had the impression of the utter negligence, as the greeting was for someone else (probably the previous guest), not me. The choice of TV channels could have been better.
