The location was great, with a lot of good shopping and food close by and walkable. Location was relatively quiet as well, being off the main roads. Staff were helpful and polite, albeit there may still be a slight problem with English.
The breakfast is highly recommended for a taste of Indian food; you can request for fresh dosa but the variety and variation each day was excellent (we had different dishes over the 4 mornings, although there were staples).
Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bengaluru.

St marks, epitome of service at every level, front office, duty manager and the best is restaurant manager ravi, you speak and everything happens proactively, they know my room and before i enter has a bowl of fresh fruits, extra soft pillows and other extra amenities

Very pleasant hotel and a great way to kick start our holiday. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was great and open 24 hours. The food and breakfast had a great selection of seasonal western and Asian foods. Coffee was great. Wi-Fi was available in all the areas I went to and fast. I can’t comment on the location and what’s around the hotel as I was only there for the night.
