All is high standards in this hotel, but the best is the staff. Professional and kind, they let you feel like at home. It's my hotel in Bangalore and I always book this hotel.

Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

Upon entering the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Their genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The check-in process was seamless, and I was swiftly escorted to my immaculate room.

It was on the way to the place I wanted to visit, and I chose it because of the brand name Taj. It looked old, but it was well maintained. I liked that the floors weren't all carpeted. I was assigned a road view because it was noisy when there was a wedding party on the weekend, but it was on the 5th floor, and it was noisy all night. Indian roads are very crowded even in the early morning. The breakfast was also clean and delicious.
