I had booked for 6 nights a month or more in advance. The booking was for a 2 bedroom apartment. When I reached, they said we can give you a 3 bedroom apartment. I was happy with the upgrade. Two days later at 8:30 in the morning, when I was getting ready for work, the caretaker and his team rings the bell and say I need to shift. I literally fell from the sky. No warnings, no prior discussion, my things had all been laid out in the wardrobes, I was shocked that they thought that this was as easy. They asked me to call the owner. When I called the owner and said it is impossible me for to make that shift and asked why had they given me a three bedroom apartment in the first place. He says, there was no vacancy. I was not informed about this when I checked in, nor was I told that I have to shift. When I categorically refused to shift, he says I need to vacate the premises. And this before an important presentation at work. The conversation goes on and he says why am I making this so complicated and eventually hangs up on me. He has no sense of customer service, is rude and disrespectful. This was literally harassing a customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Also, I paid INR 28,710 and no receipt was given.
