Very very old building and not hygiene at all. They wont even provide bislery water or kettle in the room. Not providing anything for a room. Pathetic experience

Tv was placed not anywhere close to your bed. Cleanliness was average food taste was miserable washroom shower & light wasn't working properly. Booked for two persons, dental & shaving kit was kept for one. Next day, they didn't even replaced the used items.

The stay at the hotel is a horrible experiance. I have a booking with check in for 16 th and check out for 17 th august. I visited the hotel around 8. 30 am. They changed rs. 800 extra for early check in and there is no room service and we have to carriers our luggages, no hot water for bathing. They changed rs 500 extra for breakfast for 2 persons while check out.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The AC didn’t work, so the room was hot. I found bed bugs in the bed, which was gross. The bed was also saggy and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Find somewhere else to stay.

The room was clean, had basic amenities for the stay and was well maintained. Also, the staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The only issue is that the lift was functional from the first floor only, so if in case you stay on the 5th floor, and if there's no power backup, then it's quite a hassle. Otherwise, all in all, it was a comfortable stay.
