Beach front Hotel in Jomtien. Good location, good value for money. I also got a free room upgrade to a pool view. But the hotel needs some modernisation. Room was a bit run down, they was a bit of a odd smell when I arrived in the room but to fair it did seem to go away after a bit. I had not a bad nights sleep and overall if you are on a budget not a bad place to stay.

I booked this place by accident when I went to Pattaya. It was only over 1,000 yuan for a villa. There were three rooms. There was also a rich breakfast and exquisite afternoon tea. Service: The front desk spoke simple Chinese and all the staff had a great service attitude. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable, spotless. Environment: A villa with a swimming pool. Any photo you take is a blockbuster. Facilities: Complete equipment and facilities, all kitchen utensils are available, and you can cook.

I have no words to say wen i came to know that the hotel is temporarily stopped. Had been there at penthouse enormous times ans it was like a home away from home for me..The property was just wonderful..Before also i had written review about this property..i would really wish to know why this property was closed..probably am planning to go to pattaya very soon and will figure out the reason for its closure..for those who have not experienced the stay here and those who really wished to be there..i would say the miss of a life time...The owner was a British man who should be really admired for his thoughts of making a hotel like this.....even though it is closed penthouse shall be in the memories of all its customers for ever...

Well good location near by walking street and nice ambience and food was good and tast was nice & service is excellent and daily room cleaning and staff is so helpful nature and hotel security is well good
