A hotel with a great location 🏨 Just a short walk from Banff Boulevard. A clean hotel that emphasizes wood 😊 Since the boulevard is close, it's okay if there are no restaurants inside the hotel 🆗 There's a steakhouse called ”bluebird” next to the hotel. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent, so I recommend it. For breakfast, McDonald's is open 24 hours a day, and the restaurants in Park Lodge, which are affiliated with the hotel ❓, look good too. Even if you don't eat out, there is a supermarket and liquor store nearby, so it's even more reasonable to buy something there and take it home 👍 In addition, Park Lodge seems to have a spa, so if you bring your swimsuit, you can use it! ️ This time, I didn't bring my swimsuit, so it's a shame 😢 There are some things that are a shame. The way the water comes out of the shower is a bit difficult to use 😆 It's a bit of a shame that it's bar soap instead of body soap 😢 It's also a shame that there are no bathrobes 😢 But it's clean, the rooms are spacious, and it's close to the boulevard, which is the biggest advantage. I recommend it in combination with Park Lodge 😊👍

The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the quilt and sheets were separated in the middle of the night. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, and the bath water will flow everywhere. Other aspects are satisfactory.

Very warm and friendly staff members upon arrival who gave us all the necessary information and directions in an efficient manner. The sauna / steam room area was unfortunately closed but due to this if you went to the Banff Upper Hot Springs and returned with your receipt then they would reimburse you (I forgot to get my receipt but it was fine as we intended to go there anyway). The room was lovely and large with a Mountain View, Nespresso machine and large TV, lots of desk space and plug sockets / USB ports which was great. The wardrobe has plenty of hangers for clothing, lots of draw space, huge bathroom with a large powerful shower and nice shower products to use. The location of the hotel is perfect and having an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gift shop is very handy. Wherever we went within the hotel it was always warm, which was great when coming out of the snow. However, there were some issues; we weren’t sure if the blinds went down with a switch by the side, as it didn’t do anything, but rolling them down was SO noisy, there was a lot of dust and dirt behind the window facing desk, a random satsuma down the side of the cabinet with the Nespresso machine on (despite all other areas being very clean) and there was no light in the corner where the luggage stands were. We were also curious as to why the heater / air conditioner unit faces directly on to the bed, if it was on then you got so hot and dry in the night. There is big potential for this to be 4/5* with just some simple adjustments and cleaning. Although we would happily say here again.

Everything was very nice. The one bedroom was on the small side for bathroom & bedroom space but the bed was very comfortable & all was well supplied. We wished there were tables/chairs on the rooftop to visit with friends, cuz no congregation space. Rooftop hot tub was nice. Wish there were balconies to sit out on & check the weather too. Everything was very clean. Would recommend.

A must go hotel if you live on IG. You will take great photos anywhere in the hotel. Service is great and the ginger shower gel were so great and unique that made this place very memorable. It was a little dry in the room and the sharp edges of the furnitures might be a pain if you bumped in. Overall I had a good time here. Our Room was beautiful Furnished; the location is next to downtown. Recommend to gern Z and those Millennials without kids.

We stayed 2 nights at Irwin's Mountain Inn in Banff in July 2022 and I would not stay there again. The parking is limited for vans/trucks and you have to race to find a spot. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was not very clean. The mini kitchen sink was full of water spots and the coffee maker's filter holder was not not washed or cleaned (there were no coffee filters in the kitchen either so we couldn't have coffee in room). The carpet in the room was very old and made my socks dirty. The AC filter was super dusty and hasn't been cleaned in months! You can literally see a layer of 5 cm of dust on the AC filter! The hotel is located a 5-7 minute walk from downtown Banff so not recommended for those who are unable to walk a lot. There was no water cooler only an ice machine so you have to buy your own water bottles. The nice thing about this room was the bathroom amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash were attached to the wall so no mess and no small samples to use). However they clearly left notes in the room that if you take lotion or soap, you will be charged $20 on your credit card per item. For a $400 per night charge, I find that to be a little disappointing!

It's a little far from downtown, but it's within walking distance so it's not a problem. There was a group of students staying there so it was a little noisy, but the room was clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in, so it was easy to go out.

Super cozy and comfy hotel. Stayed here with my partner in July, where we went for a hiking vacay in Banff. The room was a good size, and I loved the private double-tub after a long hike! The pool area was okay, could have been cleaner, but okay facilities. A special shout out to our receptionist, a great young woman (didn’t get her name) who offered brilliant hiking recommendations and was generally just super cool and helpful! The complimentary roam pass offered by the hotel was great for transportation, but a good to know is that it does only covers local routes, thus not routes to Lake Louise or Johnston Canyon (these must be bought separately). Thanks for a great stay :-)

We were a little worried about staying at Hidden Ridge because of some of the negative reviews but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Four of us (two couples) stayed for 5 nights in a Premier 2 Bedroom Loft Condo (with 4 Queens). The condo was spacious for 4 adults, clean, bright and airy, and very comfortable. The two bedrooms on the lower level were on the small side but had comfortable beds (Queen bed in each). There is also a loft above the main level with two Queen beds that overlooks the living area and kitchen on the main level. There were two good sized bathrooms, one on the lower level between the bedrooms and the other one upstairs on the main level (the upstairs bathroom even included a washer/dryer which was very convenient!). The kitchen was well-stocked and Wi fi worked great. Our condo included a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. One of the highlights of Hidden Ridge is the outdoor hot tub and heated pool that has gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains! There is comfortable outdoor seating and firepits. We enjoyed the hot tub/pool on several evenings during our stay and, IMO, is a must visit. There are fresh towels available near the hot tub/pool. There is also a sauna right next to the hot tub/pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us free bus passes when we arrived. Hidden Ridge is located about a mile from Banff village in a quiet, secluded wooded area. You will need to drive, walk or take the bus into Banff village for restaurants, markets, etc. since there is not much near Hidden Ridge. Be aware that if you drive your car into Banff village, you will need to pay for parking (about $3/hour) since there is no free parking that we could find. We would definitely return to Hidden Ridge Resort!

I really like this hotel, I have my own free parking lot, the location is very good, and it is very close to banff. The first floor lobby has free coffee hot water and fruit. Sitting on the sofa and watching the scenery is so cool. The room has a small balcony that is perfect for watching the scenery. The room is very clean, very recommended
