The hotel is in a very good location. There is a commercial street downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel's sanitation and facilities are relatively good. The room is a little small, but the service attitude is also good. It is worth recommending.

Very satisfied, in the most central location of Banff Avenue, with its own large parking lot, the front desk and other staff are very nice. The room is very large and very quiet. Downstairs is the most popular ice cream shop in Banff town, and there is still a long line at 10 pm

If I had to find a downside, it would be that the elevator is slow, but this hotel has no downsides. The location is especially good because it is in the heart of Banff. Even though I visited during peak season, it was nice that there was a parking space.

The location is very convenient, next to the Cows ice cream shop and the pedestrian street. The front desk was very enthusiastic and told us that if there are no vacancies in the parking area, the hotel will help arrange parking.

This is a very nice hotel. Location, location, location! It is right in the center of Banff town, and it is super convenient to go anywhere. Parking is also available, and the price of Ctrip is very good.

It was good that they provided bathrobes! I should have brought my swimsuit. The rooftop hot spring is also recommended! It was always crowded.

Very clean and tidy, service attitude is very good! The scenery is also very good and the location is excellent. There are restaurants and various small shops downstairs, and it is very convenient to go to scenic spots!
