The hotel is a newly opened resort hotel at the outermost part of Banff Avenue. You can choose to take the bus (free bus tickets are given at the front desk) or walk (15 minutes) to downtown. The room is large, the view is great, and the facilities are complete. It is very comfortable and warm. When I woke up, the terrace was covered with snow. It was so beautiful. There are also hot springs and SPA in the hotel. Next time I come to Banff, I will definitely choose these newly opened resort hotels. The price-performance ratio is very high!

Coffee is kind of tricky, you will have to call and order. We didn't get any because we don't know how to use the that dripping bottle for coffee. No fee bottle of water in the room either.
The facility was nice and clean but the front desk was not too friendly.
