The cabin I stayed in was two-story. The room was right at the entrance, with a double bed and a rather peculiar design. The kitchen and bathroom were next, followed by the dining room and a sofa bed. There was a suite upstairs, but you couldn't take a shower in the bathroom. Only the bathroom downstairs had a shower. The fact that there were two bathrooms when booking was false. There was a stove in the cabin, and you could get wood from the hotel. You could really heat yourself with firewood. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You could also cook with an open fire. The hotel provided free bus tickets to the down town, and you could take them freely. In summary, it was very cozy for a family to live in this cabin, and it was a good choice.

I really like the small kitchen included into the accommodation, very helpful with eating in instead of the expensive restaurant in Banff. I would stay here again.

Travelled in a group of 3 adults and 3 kids - good design of the room allowing 6 people to stay in a room with 2 bathrooms (with one having bathing facilities) and full kitchen. It seems to be the only hotel/ resort with such design in the area. That said, the cleanliness/ hyenine needs to be improved. I wiped the floor and the paper turned black instantly, and the staff didn't throw the garbage on the loft (they only did that for the ground floor) nor make our bed from the second day onwards.
