The counter staff is friendly and the feeling is very comfortable. There are few breakfast options, but a simple gym is good. There is a refrigerator, microwave and bathtub, which is great. There are also many seats in the lounge on the first floor. Open-air bathing is really recommended, and it is very clean! ! I think the CP value is very high, and there is a free parking space! ! It is very convenient to drive to Banff. It is a little distance from the town, about 15 minutes walk. But overall it is still highly recommended.

It was cozy and quiet, which was nice. Breakfast was included, and the hot tub sauna and bulgogi were outside, so the atmosphere was good. I am satisfied with the price.

Great lodge. Loved the hot tub and cold plunge. It’s a little walk from the downtown, but it’s worth it. Breakfast was solid and staff was friendly. Nice little gym with a peloton. Water refill stations on site. They also have heaters outside to hang out.

The hotel was nice enough, but very expensive en par with summer Banff lodging. We had two rooms. One was quiet, the other faced the courtyard and you can hear the guests hang out below. Housekeeping was sometimes immaculate, sometimes careless, and sometimes non-existent. The front desk staff were smily and efficient. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was the same everyday - we liked the pancake / yogurt machine and the banana bread / carrot cake. The hotel is at one end of Banff and about a 10-15 minutes walk to downtown. There are some restaurants, a gas station, and a bus stop nearby. The supermarket is about 15 minutes by walking. It's on the main road and easily accessible to the highway. There is an underground garage for a relatively small parking fee. There is a coin laundry at the hotel. The hotel gets a lot of tourist buses, it seems (i.e. it can feel crowded). We liked the hotel. Having said that, it's a lot of money for nothing fancy... but if you want to stay in $$$Banff, it's a good option.

Was very clean . Front desk people Manon and Emma were extremely helpful. Manon and Emma helped us with things to see and do. Tried to make our stay perfect. There are 2 different types of king rooms with balcony. One is much roomy then the other. Big difference. They should tell you and charge much less for the smaller one. We stayed a total of 3 days. 1 day at the begining of our trip and 2 the last days. The last days we had the bigger room. I originally told them when I booked ,I wanted a quiet room. The first was quiet but no place to move around. The second was a beautiful room but was in the front of the hotel. The beeping of the cars and motorcycle and buses woke us up in the morning. But the room was beautiful. Manon thanks for trying to make it right. The hotubs were also great. Great location.

The Canalta met all my expectations and exceeded in a few areas. The reception staff were a breath of fresh air after 3+ weeks of travel and 5 different hotels. This wasn’t the most expensive or fancy hotel of our trip, but it was the most friendly. A big shout out to Phoebe, Anna and Mammon… for their great smiles, help with transfers, restaurant and activity recommendations, and bookings. The hotel was very clean, good beds and bedding, good shower and towels. Our room was quiet. The hot tubs, sauna and ice plunge were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms have complimentary Nespresso machines and pods. The hotel is 20 minutes walking from downtown, or you can take the convenient public bus. Ask if they have complimentary bus passes.

We stayed for three nights as part of a month long Canada trip, and had a great experience here Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable There is a nice courtyard area with seating, sauna, hot tubs and cold plunge: great place to meet other guests Breakfast is OK if a rather limited choice of cooked food. But it's self service and quick and there are pancake options that I didn't explore But the stand out feature of this place is the staff. They are all extremely friendly and helpful, by the end we were feeling like family
