Room 101 is located near the cafe and in my opinion it should not be used as a guest room! 101 is completely away from other rooms and just next to the cafe. We met a serious noise problem during the morning between 7 and 8 am. The sound from breakfast cafe would definitely ruin your rest.

The front desk service and attitude are average. It's OK, the price is not expensive after all. The parking lot in the basement can be parked by swiping the room card, which is ok. It's convenient to walk to anywhere

The hotel is on the edge of Banff town, a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian street. The hotel breakfast is a Western buffet with milk, cereal, bread and bacon. For some reason, the prices of hotels in Banff have increased so much. The hotel is a bit expensive. You can stay in Canmore, 16 kilometers away. The underground parking garage is a bit old and dimly lit.
