Everything else was perfect! But the internet was absolutely terrible. I could not even open simple websites. I had to use the hotspot from my phone for everything.

Remote location, some distance from the city center
Hope parking is free
I like that they separate wet and dry areas. The wash basin is outside.
They have complete facilities and provide microwaves if you want to use them.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen for cooking, but there is no washing machine or dryer. Transportation is convenient, there are buses to Calgary, 8X to Lake Louise, 9 to Jonestown, and 1 to Sulphur Mountain, which is very convenient.

This hotel is on Banff Street. Its hygiene, environment and facilities are all above average. Likewise, its price is on the high side (we booked their room because we couldn't find any other options). As for service, their reception and lobby are closed from 11pm to 7am. Unlike other hotels, during this time period, there is at least a place for guests to sit when needed to avoid the cold wind in Banff. Therefore, when we were waiting for the bus to Calgary Airport in the morning, we could only stand outside the door in the cold wind (Banff had just rained, and Banff was beautiful after the rain, but it was even colder. Some hotels on Banff Street had already started fires to keep warm).

The room with the kitchenette is great if your traveling with others. The pool was nice.

Everything is good besides the location. If you come with your car, then location isn’t a matter to you. But it still takes like 10 minutes walking to the Main Street and Hight school station. Surprisingly, the wooden floor comes with heat.
