Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again.

The building and furniture were old. The pillow had an unpleasant smell and was uncomfortable. The breakfast menu wasn't great, but the coffee at the first-floor café was good.

The shower facilities are too poor, and the water pressure is very low, which makes people uncomfortable. The location is relatively good, close to the most prosperous area of the town, but very quiet. Hotels in Banff town are generally not cost-effective

The hotel service is very good, and the room was upgraded. The balcony faces the Rocky Mountains, the view is great, the room kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for family travel

Most things were great (location/cleaniness/service/facilities) however thought it strange the bed was right by the door to the room. If the bed had been 1 inch bigger one would not have been able to open the door to the room.
