MMardiahI booked pretty late for my weekend trip to Bandung so the price was high but so were my expectations. I was greeted by the staff and told me my room was ready. Got a non smoking, near the lift which was what I wanted. Room was superb. My bed, tgt with the other linens, were fresh and clean. Toilet bowl has an integrated bidet too! I think the rooms have good acoustics too. I did not take hotel breakfast cos there were so many cafes out there to try! Location was strategic too. Service was great and would definitely recommend for anyone coming to bandung! Thanks team for making my stay a pleasurable one.

- Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room.
- the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room.
- The security guard is also friendly
- I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha

AAnonymous UserWe had a very pleasant stay as a family. Services were excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.

HHannoto YangIt,s located at city center and near to almost every where. Jl. Riau got alot of restaurant and can be reached by walking. The hotel services was very good and the room also clean. Highly recommended to stay either for business or with family. The only cons is the parking slot limited, but the hotels provide free valet service. The hotel has prepared hallowen decoration and the food is also good.

Super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team and the restaurant crew 👏. They really made me feel at home 🏠. I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill 🎨. And, bonus! 🎁 There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies 🛍️. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over 💻. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect 📍. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots 🍴🛍️. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart ❤️. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 🙌 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
