"i had a great expeirence at the Pullman hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. The room was clean and well-decored. The breakfast buffet at the Sadrasa restaurant was amazing as well with lots of food selections to choose from."

"We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻"

"Hotel is nice overall. The concept of 24-hour stay is really what attracts guests to stay here. It's conveniently located near a mall, a convenience store across the street, and being close to many restaurants and points of interest. The hotel design is industrial minimalistic with a blend of natural components. Rooms are well organised and equipped. Food is above average, and facilities are decent. The only downside is the limited parking facility which require for valet service, though this is part of the hotel's facility."

"We had 3 rooms the receptionist arranged connecting rooms so we enjoyed this very much. The included breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. On top of that top rated service, we’ll come back again for sure."

"Buffet breakfast was all right with choices to choose. Chicken porridge was nice and cakes as well. Decent choices. Room was fine except that air con water dripping and wet the floor for room 1010. Quiet and nice view. Staff was polite and try to meet needs. Not able to communicate with English."

"first check in the lady in front lobby give us smoking room, with out telling us actually it Cleary we asking for no smoking room at booking, when we go to our room my wife almost. vomit, because the tobaccos smell so strong, then we go down to complain but the lady just told us she will sent some one to put some kind of air freshener, and said that the only room available, this unacceptable since we book for non smoking room ,after we said going to cancel. finally she said ok she found another room for us. this is really put this Sheraton hotel in shame to use this lady in check in staff"
