I stayed here for 3 days and have chosen this place several times before due to its overall comfort. However, there are recurring issues that need serious attention. The toilet facilities are poorly maintained—leaking problems and low water pressure made my stay less pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was a major letdown. The variety is very limited, and the taste was below acceptable standards. It even made me feel unwell afterward. For a hotel of this level, I expected better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality, variety, hygiene, and maintenance of basic facilities.

I booked this hotel for two nights and enjoyed my stay overall. The room was nice, but the cleanliness was lacking—there was a lot of dust, and the toilet wasn’t clean either. As for breakfast, it was disappointing: tasteless with very limited variety.

Our family stayed at Hotel Amaroossa Bandung over the weekend with a fairly good experience overall, but there are several things that need to be considered to improve the quality of service and guest comfort. (Compliments) - Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast choices are quite varied and taste good. They even provide instant noodles which is quite helpful for guests looking for a quick and tasty option. - Friendly Employees: The hotel staff are very friendly, especially the security guards who are friendlier than the receptionists. They give a positive and helpful impression. - Kids-Friendly Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is perfect for children, with a large area and a mini waterfall that adds to the beauty of the atmosphere. - Adequate Room Facilities: The room is quite spacious with cold AC and fast Wifi. The room atmosphere is comfortable although there are some minor shortcomings. - Parking Facilities: Given the limited parking, the hotel provides valet which is very helpful in terms of car parking. (Improvements) - Room Cleanliness: I found many small ants on the TV table, work desk, and coffee tea maker shelf, even though there was no food there. This is very disturbing to the comfort during the stay. - Incomplete Room Facilities: When checking in to room 219, I did not find a bath mat. After asking twice, finally a bath mat was sent, but there was no apology or explanation. - Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom floor was very dirty with lots of hair from previous guests. In addition, water stagnated in front of the bathroom door which made the bathroom conditions uncomfortable. - Condition of Furniture and Facilities: The carpet in the room was very dusty and smelled damp, it seemed not well maintained. The wallpaper was damaged. - The bed sheets were also found to have hair from previous guests, and the pillows were very dirty, brown-yellow, and flat and smelled of sweat. - The standing lamp in my room also could not be turned on. - Sports Facilities: The fitness center has several broken equipment, such as treadmills and weights, which should be repaired immediately so that they can still be used properly. - Condition of the Swimming Pool and Rinse Room: The swimming pool has mossy ceramic grout, giving the impression of being poorly maintained. - In addition, the rinse room is also not in good condition; the door cannot be closed and the floor is dirty with lots of trash. Overall, Hotel Amaroossa Bandung has very good potential with comfortable facilities, especially for families with children. However, this hotel needs more detailed maintenance on the cleanliness and facilities so that guests feel more comfortable. Some problems that I encountered, such as cleanliness and damaged facilities, need to be fixed immediately so that the experience of staying is more satisfying.

The swimming pool facilities are not big enough, the parking lot is small but is assisted by free valet So you don't have to keep digging up the car park if you bring small children aged 5 to 11 years old, pay IDR 70,000 per person if over 12 years old, pay IDR 140,000 the buffet food is not very tasty I don't really understand it, like too much MSG but there are quite a lot of variants, it helps, it's recommended if you want to hang out in Bandung, I will come back again, especially if someone will pay for it

4 star hotel but not well maintained. The room is quite spacious, but the lighting is dim. I had to ask for towels and tissues before they came. The bathroom mat was torn, the towel hanger was broken, the wardrobe door hinges were about to come off. But the breakfast was quite good and varied. The hotel needs maintenance

Room no. 326 is nice and big, AC is cold Room no. 321 AC is not cold, maybe it needs repair. The breakfast is all delicious, lots of choices. Over all good 👍👍
