The Old Inn at Bandipur delivers exactly what it promises, rustic accommodation in a 200 year old building. Built on a hillside, the building and accommodation has been sympatheticly restored to include Western style toilets, along with showers. The bed is comfortably firm. The rooms have floor fans. The food is delicious. The service is polite, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended for someone who wants a break from modern chain hotels.

What a gem of a place. Right in the middle of this little town. So old but amenities up to date. Our room had very low ceilings of very old wood. The entrance door was tiny. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful . The evening meal and breakfast so tasty and generous.

My first trip to the popular tourist destination in Bandipur village was memorable. I selected the Old Inn to stay with my family among many local lodges. I found that this one is the best lodge in the entire Bandipur village. Staying in a building over 100 years old building which was a marvelous experience. The buildings were properly maintained with the traditional architecture and interiors intact. The organic food was excellent. All staff were attentive and well-trained. I recommend the Old Inn as the perfect retreat place enjoying nature and traditional hospitality.

Très bel hôtel de style newar. Accueil fantastique, personnel très aimable, aux petits soins. Les chambres sont magnifiques. Jolie terrasse pour les repas. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux . Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique établissement et le recommandons vivement.

Lovely rustic old buildings and super helpful staff. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the filtered water was lovely and cool. The views from the restaurant terrace over the valley are stunning. Many thanks to the trekking guide who took us to Ramkot Village. Thank you.

Wow! I never expected this cute village that reminds me of a Europe town and Asian at the same time. It’s like going back in time. Maybe you’re in hobbit land. It’s a must see village. The views are incredible. Lots of shops, restaurants and wonderful people. Very safe!

Very clean room with lovely view. The food was very good lunch and breakfast very nicely presented. the shower slightly small but apart from that very comfortable and beautifully restored. Quite noisy from street but not hotels fault. Would recommend.

El lugar es fantástico. Ubicado en tres antiguas casas de arquitectura Newari. Con unas vistas maravillosas. Las habitaciones dan a la calle del bazar y al valle. La terraza del restaurante es toda una joya de buen gusto, con una decoración floral espectacular. Los desayunos son una delicia y la cena un encanto, con una luz muy acogedora.
