I can only say that I don't know how this five-star hotel was rated. It is the second-ranked luxury hotel in the local area, and it is not as good as our three-star hotel. The room smells very musty, the window cannot be pushed open, and there are green moss or mildew spots on the lower part of the window glass. The quilt feels wet, as if it needs to be dried with body temperature. The most important thing is that when we checked in on the first day, there was no hot water? From morning to night, there was still no hot water. I was sweaty and sticky, sleeping in a wet quilt. The air conditioner was very cold and there was a musty smell. That feeling was simply indescribable. This is the most failed hotel I have ever booked. Let's also say something good. The hotel manager's attitude is okay. He said a lot of clichés that if it were her, she would be sad. He reduced the early check-in fee for us and gave us three people one more day of free breakfast. Alas, I wanted to check out early, and Ctrip actively coordinated, but the hot water came again the next day. I thought I would just make do with it for one day and I was too lazy to bother. There is a water collection device in the hotel corridor that is not bad. It can be used for hot water, cold water, sparkling water and other water. It is not bad.
