The hotel is good for its price. Very spacious and clean room, a perfect location in the center of the city, also they have the cafe on the ground floor inside the building and next to the hotel there is a big supermarket - also very convenient and comfortable. The staff in the hotel is really friendly and helpful.

Badia is a budget hotel, and the rooms and facilities are dated. My previous stay was in a deluxe executive room, which was better. Later, I tried a superior room, but the room was dimly lit, there was heavy traffic outside, and the air conditioning was noisy. The ambiance, facilities, breakfast, and everything else were far inferior to those at the Radisson and J Hotel. Of course, staying at a different hotel won't spoil your trip! Overall, Badia isn't a good choice for those who value comfort and quality. The hotel does offer free airport transfers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, with an ATM nearby for cash withdrawals. A taxi to the city center is a few Brunei dollars, but there's no pedestrian crossing, so taxis are the only option. The service was also quite good.

The hotel's hygiene was good. I was satisfied except that the lighting was a little dark. It was really nice that they picked me up by car and even sanded it.
The location was a little far from the city center, and unfortunately, not everything was satisfactory, but it was good for the price.
