Later, my bank card could not withdraw money, and the driver took me to find an ATM machine everywhere (free service). Here I really felt at home. Every front desk staff was very enthusiastic and would answer various questions tirelessly and considerately for the passengers. Before checking in, they will also introduce their free shuttle bus. By the way, it is very convenient to take a taxi in Brunei. It is not as complicated as some apps say. This is also what the front desk staff told me how to use the app to call a taxi. The response is very fast. It can basically arrive within 10 minutes. The price is 20 to 30 yuan in China, which is acceptable. On the day of the airport drop-off, the hotel opened breakfast at 7 o'clock. When we arrived downstairs at 6:50, the front desk also let us go in for dinner. It was still their initiative that touched me very much. All in all, this place is really great. Although I may not have the opportunity to go to Brunei again, I still recommend this hotel to everyone.

The facilities in the room are very simple. They don't give more toilet paper and paper towels if they are not used up. The water pressure is okay. I dare not use shampoo and shower gel. I bought them at the supermarket outside. The front desk service is good. The free airport shuttle is convenient. The breakfast is barely enough.
