Addressing the most controversial issues. 1. The hotel isn't new; the hardware is a bit dated, but the rooms have been renovated. While it can't be compared to newer first-tier hotels in China, it's fully equipped with everything a hotel should offer. 2. Many reviews have mentioned the lack of toothpaste and toothbrushes. They are indeed provided, and of good quality, but they aren't offered proactively. Water is available upon request. 3. The Wi-Fi is quite unstable. When it's available, the speed is fast enough, but it's very unreliable and frequently loses connection. Unless you're on your phone all day at the hotel, this shouldn't be a problem. 4. Airport transfers are free, but reservations are required in advance. It's absolutely necessary to make reservations in advance, otherwise there might not be a seat on the bus. 5. The hotel offers private tours to six attractions daily, which are also completely free. Tickets and lunch are provided by the hotel, and the tour ends around 3:30 PM. Reservations are required at least one day in advance. 6. The breakfast selection isn't very diverse, and I'm not picky about food, so it was more than enough. The flavors are a mix of Asian and Western, and are a bit higher than what you'd find at a three-star hotel in China. 7. I didn't find any staff who spoke Chinese. This isn't a tourist destination, but the locals are very well-educated. Everyone I met could communicate in English and was very nice. Those with limited English skills might not be suited to this country, as its beauty can only be discovered with a solid command of the language. 8. The location is very close to the main attractions. As I mentioned, the hotel has its own shuttle bus and multiple drivers, and they run private tours every day. However, it's not centrally located, so the beach is quite far away, about a 15-cent taxi ride. It happened to be the King's Birthday night market, right nearby. Overall, I wouldn't give a perfect score easily. I'd give this hotel a 4/5. After all, it's not exactly a breathtaking experience, but it will always be my top choice for a return stay. After all, it's like that good, unassuming student in class—maybe not everyone's favorite, but a reliable companion!

Brunei is beautiful, with few people, and is suitable for wandering around. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off service. When we arrived, the hotel staff was already waiting at the airport. It takes 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and the surrounding attractions are within walking distance.

無料の空港送迎があって良かった。 私の泊まった部屋だけかもしれないが、朝まで１時間ごとに停電が起きて暑くて良く寝れなかった。エアコンと電気が切れる。起きてスイッチを入れ直す、の繰り返し。Wi-Fiの調子も良くなかった。 朝食のメニューも少なく満足はできなかった。 次に泊まることはないだろう。

Airport transfer

I used it on a solo trip! The room was spacious and too big for one person. It also comes with breakfast, so it's a good deal. I liked that the breakfast was slightly different every day.
