Clean hotel, easy and fast to check in and out, the staffs were very helpful, the location was very strategic. Recommended to stay here.

Good and clean hotel. Since we missed the ferry the day before, we used this hotel for our stopover. Very good price-performance ratio. The air conditioning in the room worked without any problems. We can highly recommend the hotel.

The hospitality is so great. Even we cancel due misunderstanding of booking, the hotel understand it and help us. Recommended!!!

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

The rooms are spacious, but some old. This was particularly good in the bathroom. Breaked ticks, bathroom furniture broken in different places, old coloured toilet glasses. The beds were good and it was not listening. There were sticks in the lakens (which were clean and washed). Nice indoor garden. Breakfast was good. The dinner was very priced and much was not available, which required a new choice several times. ATM for the door. Then it was found that our card was not accepted by the machine, we were brought to another ATM by one of the managers. Top service thus!

Overall very satisfied, the rooms are outside, clean, the service is extraordinary... ordered 2 Grand Deluxe rooms, on the first day they were given a junior suite class, very good... you may stay at Grand Arabia again in the future...
