Not worth the price
Breakfast so so
Give us Smoking room and ask me upgrade to suite room have to add almost rm130.
Telling me due to I didn’t do special request so give me smoking room.
Location good
Towel didn’t provide, need to call house keeping give.
Room didn’t really clean, and no view from the window.

I stayed one night on my way back to Korea from Pulau Weh,
and the staff were so friendly that I was able to finish my trip on a good note.
I received unexpected welcome food, and it was impressive that they took the time to listen to customers' stories to improve their service.
I stayed on the 7th floor, and the view from the window was nice.
The shower head was fixed, which was a little inconvenient, but other than that, I was satisfied with everything.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I put in special request for a room near to the lift since my mom can't walk long distance and we get it. Very few hotels actually accommodate this kind of request.
Food selection was good. Cleanliness was great. They also provide morning shuttle to go to Masjid Baitul Rahman for Subuh prayer which I think is really good and useful for Muslims.
I'll come back to this hotel for my next trip to Banda Aceh.
