Great option by the sea in Balneário Camboriú. Excellent location, numerous restaurants nearby, relatively close to the Big Wheel (it is possible and extremely pleasant to walk). Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Furniture a little dated, but functional. Adequate breakfast (nothing pompous, but fully adequate). The entire team was attentive, from the valet, check-in, cleaning team, everyone was always helpful and polite. I have valet parking (paid separately), but it is very helpful (since traffic in BC is very difficult). Some large cars/trucks were in front of the hotel. I was there in January/2024, the hotel was very busy (469 guests, according to reception) and everything worked very well, including elevators (there are three). We stayed on a high floor (12th floor) and the stay was very peaceful. Anyway, it became my first option when looking for a hotel in BC. I got a daily rate almost 50% lower on Trip.com than on other major booking apps.

Quarto limpo e quentinho. Tivemos uma noite maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Fora a localização que é super perto dos lugares que amo ir ( shopping, loja do big, cafeteria, supermercado, praia) etc. Custo benefício também. Se vc está com pouca grana mas não quer deixar de ter conforto, super indico.😉💕

I loved my stay, even if it was just one day. The room was clean with new furniture and the bathroom was clean. The service was great, always ready to help and quick. I just thought it was strange that the 17th floor had a ramp up from the elevator to the rooms. Whoever designed it deserves a 0.

All perfect, but the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel was quite comfortable, staff were also quite educated, the cost-benefit ratio was very good, considering the hotel prices in the region of Balneário Camború.

We were very welcome, we arrived earlier than check in and offered us to pay half a day and already come in and even enjoy breakfast that is very tasty and varied by sign.

I didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. Fortunately, on Monday afterwards, unlike the hotel's finance service ”which I didn't want to know”, TRIP gave me the best service and returned the money paid directly to the hotel. I'd be on the street, because I came to the hotel at night.

Very good location, excellent service, very good breakfast, very good room ...My only complaint concerns academy ...the photos of the site suggest q the hotel has academy or some convenience that is not true. The hotel charges 60,00 to provide a school card being q on this card is written... free daily 01.. i.e. the hotel receives this school courtship card and charges you the daily value. If this was not enough, if vc was directly at the academy the daily value is 60,00, so anyone would pay the same value. To conclude, if you are a person q likes to go to the academy stay know q the hotel has no academy and tb has no agreement with no academy. Thank you.

Em quesitos importantes o hotel ficou devendo. Acredito que a direção do hotel deveria enviar um link com a pesquisa de satisfação já no check-in, ou o máximo no check-out, assim os hóspedes podem apontar o que eles não gostaram. No nosso caso, ficamos somente uma diária, caso ficássemos mais iríamos pedir para trocar de quarto. PONTOS POSITIVOS: * Localização ótima, perto de tudo; * Ótimo café da manhã; * Excelente atendimento dos funcionários; PONTOS NEGATIVOS: No banheiro: * Uma barata morta na luminária; * O boxe vazando água, sendo necessário deixar um pano para evitar que a água espalhe para o quarto; * Torneira vazando água e frouxa; Na cama: * Os cobertores com odor, apararentemente, utilizados por outros hóspedes; * Areia na cama.
