Nice hotel and nice pool but I was expecting a very nice spa. Alila is well known for it and this one was a bit disappointing. The massage was good but the place not that great, a random hotel room instead of a nice dedicated spa.. out of that all good. Maybe a bit noisy, the insulation is not very great window could be renovated

One of the most beautiful hotels in Chandidasa, with green lawns and shaded palm on the ocean's very shore. The door to the room has never been closed, all day long listened to the noise of waves and fresh breath of the Indian Ocean. The restaurant tables with ocean-sized views, the kitchen is above all praise. Soups and Bali dessert of black rice are particularly delicious.

Great experience to stay at Lotus. After considering so many options, finally we chose Lotus Bungalows. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They welcome us and explain everything. Great infinity pool direct view to ocean. The bathroom also spacious with complete amenity.
This hotel doesn't have TV, but it was okay for us. you can explore the beach and chill during stay.

Obviously, this is the good view from the hotel territory. But where are many rooms in the hotel, so the swimming pool is seems to be little for so many people. There is no beach across the hotel. So, you have to go on foot or rent the scooter to reach the public beach. As for me, food in the restaurant is quite expensive but not tasty.
On the whole, it is good.

Everything was fine, except for the poorly working wi-fi and ants in the bathroom.
I went to the restaurant once, and had to wait quite a long time for my order.
The hotel has its own piece of beach, but the bottom is rocky.
Cleaning every day, no sign do not disturb, woke up every day. Expensive transfer, offered by the hotel.

This is an absolute dote of a hotel. Peaceful and tranquil with remembrances of an older Bali where time stood still and was unimportant. Easily the friendliest and most eager to please staff I've ever encountered...possibly anywhere... and that's saying something. High-ceilinged cottage-style rooms. The waves lapping outside. A dated pool, but who really cares? A competent restaurant on site. It's really great. It's got a big gong. You'll love it!

Good service, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts don't have a huge selection and the portions are small, but delicious. Every day they did a conscientious cleaning of the room. Beautiful and well-kept territory, especially the beautiful view from the restaurant to the sea.
Cons:
1. Not the best location, you may not immediately find the turn to the road leading to the hotel.
2. We gave our things to the dry cleaner the day before departure, they were supposed to be brought in the evening of the same day or in the morning of the next day. When checking out of the hotel, it turned out that they had not been brought back to the hotel. We waited about 20 minutes, they brought the things, but not ours - they mixed up the order numbers. They offered to wait some more for them to bring the right ones, in the end we agreed that they would be sent to us at the next address of stay by taxi. The current situation is clearly an exception to the rule, the staff was friendly and tried to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

TTatiana KovyrzinaThe hotel is surrounded by greenery, the room is a separate house with its own entrance through a green labyrinth. Near the house there is a huge veranda overlooking its own pond with fish. A wonderful place for meditation. On the veranda there is a small table with comfortable chairs, as well as a table where you can have a snack.
The room is sooo cozy. Two large windows overlooking the garden, not counting the entrance door overlooking the pond. The room is furnished with wooden furniture, there is a safe. Very cozy bathroom.
There are live plants in the vases.
We did not take breakfast here, since in the reviews earlier they wrote that they were meager. We ate in the cafe opposite - very affordable prices.
We extended our stay for another night, because we really liked it. The exit to the beach is not far across the road, the beach is very small, but clean. We went from here to Virgin Beach.

ООльга В.I booked apartments with 2 bedrooms with a private pool, but when the settlement was said there was a mistake and they did not have such a room. A massage session was offered for each as compensation. I didn't argue, but it seemed to me to be a typical overbuking. So bear in mind.
The apartments are huge, there are many places, but there is a minus: In one of the sanuzles window on the street without glass, respectively all mosquitoes fly in, and from there already fly through the rooms. We have glued the scotch, and you ask for an anti-mosquito spray to process the room immediately.
The hotel is located right next to the main route, but it is off the road towards the sea, so there is no noise or exhaust. There are two parking lots, one right opposite the recession, the other goes deep into the territory, to beach villas.
The territory is large, but it is mainly tracks between pools and villas. Breakfasts in the form of sets of choice, delicious.
There is a river near the hotel in the sea, I would not recommend swimming in this area. The coast is dirty, the beach at the hotel is so for itself.

GGuest UserGreat location for elegance in a wonderful area of Candidasa. Pool and beach front was awesome and food amenities was great. I was there during the Christmas holiday and New Year’ Eve festival so I was truly impressed by the service at the sister hotel, Palms Reset. They had activities to keep quest entertained and the staff was pleasant and amicable. I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort for 2 weeks.

ААндреев ЕвгенийCome here as a family with children or as a couple for a calm, quiet, relaxing holiday. Hotel with magnificent views of the Bali Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The first line, admiration from the ebb and flow. Superb ocean views from anywhere in the hotel. The pool is great! Divided into three zones by depth. There is a bar-restaurant right next to the pool. It turns out to be a kind of Beach Club.
Our room had a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and utensils.
Nearby, outside the hotel, there is a “cafe” serving local cuisine. They don’t look very presentable (you have to understand that this is a village), but the food is delicious and not very expensive. There are also shops with everything you need.
And snorkeling... aerobatics... that's what we came here for...
We recommend visiting this area of Bali and this hotel!
