Staff is great, reception is working 24/7, nice breakfast, wonderful pool. We liked it, only some of linen and towels were repeatedly dirty with some spots or dotes - we asked to change but every time 1 of 4 was spoiled again. Total score is 4,7 out of 5. Thank you Nadi Hotel for amazing hospitality 🤝
Love this hotel. Service is exceptional and staff cannot do enough for their guests. Cabanas and deck chairs at poolside are easy to get and breakfast is amazing. Pool is huge so plenty of space to relax and enjoy it. Pillows were the ones that sank once you laid on them so they got us new ones that were more solid. This all happened because we were heading to breakfast and customer relations asked us if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. The service here is impeccable amd we have stayed in alot of hotels accross legian amd swminyak but always spend alot of our stay here..
A spotlessly clean hotel with very kind and friendly staff. We originally booked for one night, were very satisfied, and extended our stay by another night. All the staff are incredibly polite, thank you to all of them.

Cleaner then most I’ve seen.
The staff are amazing & so kind.
Myself & 2 friends booked this hotel last minute after arriving to our previous hotel that was in a horrible state.
Paradiso luckily had 2 last rooms and allowed us to check in a little earlier so we didn’t need to stay longer at the first hotel.
Rooms were always cleaned & maintained well.
The bar & pool area is such a good vibe & service is very good, so friendly & always up for a chat.
Great price. Definitely will be my good to hotel from now on. The food & drink menu is amazing & well priced.
While the housekeeping team is doing a great job maintaining the rooms, I noticed a few areas for improvement. The tables in my room were quite dusty and didn't appear to have been wiped down for ages. Additionally, the scented in the lobby is a bit strong and unpleasant - a softer, more subtle fragrance might be nicer. Finally, I was disappointed that the free Zumba class I booked was canceled due to the instructor being unwell, especially since no alternative was provided. 🥲😐
The Mercure Legian has a lot of good attributes that allowed the stay to be excellent. Check in was seamless, the buffet breakfast was consistent (loved the egg/hash brown/mushroom station).
The pools were great providing kids access to the bottom pool and upper pool seemed to be primarily adults.
The gym was functional for The size.
The rooms were fantastic in size and facilities with two waters provided every day. The staff were attentive and helped where possible which was appreciated.
Location, this is a short walk to pet much everything you need at hand (good coffee, breakfast, shop, chemist, pubs, etc. The walk to the beach is not bad at all but if mobility is a concern, get a taxi or Grab to run you There for a few dollars.
Great walking distance from Kuta beach. Also has a lovely pool.
Bathroom wasn’t the nicest and newest, but it was okay for a short stay.
Great walkable distance to explore local streets and cafes.
The hotel left me with mixed feelings. It has a good location, spacious rooms, daily cleaning, a warm and clean rooftop pool, and friendly staff. However, the hotel, in general, is in serious need of renovation. Everything in the rooms is very old and flimsy; doors close poorly (balcony doors didn't close at all), and all the plumbing is very worn out, with the toilet leaking. Another major downside was the simply awful Wi-Fi that barely worked. By the way, it's better to book rooms with a pool or garden view; those advertised as ocean view are actually overlooking a neighboring dump, even on the higher floors. So far, of all the places I've stayed in Bali, this is the weakest, and it wasn't even particularly cheap. I wouldn't stay here again.
I stayed at Boss Legian as a solo traveler and found it to be a very solid choice for the price. The hotel has 4 floors and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The highlight is definitely the rooftop pool — it’s a great spot to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. There is also a restaurant on-site which is very convenient for a quick bite; the food is basic but good.
The rooms are simple and clean, providing all the essentials. The location is perfect: close enough to the main Legian action, but quiet enough for a good night's sleep. If you are looking for a functional, no-frills hotel with a nice vibe, this is it.
Pros: Rooftop pool, friendly staff, great value for money.
Cons: Rooms are a bit compact, but perfect for one person.

GGuest UserGood villa, very clean, the room is comfortable, it was nice to stay there, good hostess. I recommend
KKogi1926We had a great 5-day stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were efficient, and the housekeeping team was very thoughtful and often leaving cute, creative notes that made our stay extra special.
The restaurant was also good, with a nice buffet selection. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Overall, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
NNztianminicely setup 2 story apartment, clearness ok just showing its age. Lots of paint crack/peeling, leaking shower head etc.
Location pros: close to main street with spa, restaurants, cafes, cons: very noisy at night.
BBenjamin Patrick MichelMy stay at Brits Hotel Legian was really pleasant ! The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is well looked after, with daily cleaning and care taken to keep the rooms and hallways tidy and comfortable.
The swimming pool was lovely, nice and clean, great for a relaxing swim. Breakfast had a good mix of local dishes, which I enjoyed trying. The only small thing is that you might need to walk a short distance, maybe 300-500 meters, to find restaurants or shops nearby.
All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Bali !
TTravelAuditorThe Trip.com app in Russian presents an incorrect and misleading description of the rooms. In reality, a villa with two or three bedrooms is rented, but the listing claims it’s a 25 m² room with one or two king-size beds. This description is inaccurate and creates a false impression of the accommodation format.
The villa itself is decorated in a Greco-Roman style and is pleasant to stay in. However, in the living area, there is a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sink, resembling the smell of a fecal septic tank. Most of the air conditioners operate quietly, but in the first bedroom, the unit started making noise as early as the third day.
The water in the pool is maintained at a comfortable 30–31 °C, but it’s important to note that chlorine is added — a critical detail for guests with allergies. The kitchen has no towels at all. In the bathroom, the liquid soap dispenser is broken, and the hose of the bidet spray releases water with a foul smell. There are dishes available, but no deep bowls — only flat plates.
During our stay (4 nights / 5 days), it rained only once and briefly, which was fortunate: the noise of raindrops hitting the roof is very loud and can interfere with sleep in rainy weather.
Overall, the villa left a positive impression. I hope the owner takes the above comments into account and resolves the identified issues.
CCaptainKMVery friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast supplied was delicious, it was no issue to have my Bali family stay with me a couple of nights and since I flew out of Bali early they allowed them to stay until check out.
It is a bit of a walk to Padma Legian, however can be done and Villa to Padma st would be approximately 20-30min walk maybe.
There is a couple of laundry’s on the same street, not far from Villa is Indo Mart and some other little shops and street food and warungs. I would definitely stay here again.
RRomanThe hotel is not fresh but it contains everything in order. Pool, cleaning, breakfast, surf instructor, rental - everything you need. The only cock: requested a transfer from the airport through trip.com because they arrived at midnight, confirmed; before departure asked again, confirmed; on the road contacted Watsapp on the number specified on trip.com, transferred to another number; On another number in Wattsap replied - contact us through Bucking; wrote that booked through trip.com and can't contact through Bucking, zero emotions; do not answer; arrived, no one naturally meets, the phone specified for communication does not answer. As a result, I had to change a little money at the airport quickly and take a expensive taxi. Well such a ...
