Hotels in Uluwatu, Bali

Facilities: This was the third hotel on our trip, and the facilities felt relatively new. We booked a Deluxe King room, which is their most basic category. The king bed was 1.8 meters wide, perfectly sufficient for us and our child. The room wasn't particularly large and didn't have a sofa or table, so we mostly had to sit on the bed. However, the Renaissance Uluwatu clearly prioritized the bathroom, featuring double sinks and a large bathtub. The balcony also had a table and chairs, which was convenient for drying swimwear after a dip. I've always loved the scent of their toiletries. [Highlight 1] The Kids' Club offers a wide array of activities and is very well-equipped. Children can do crafts, play games, watch movies, and even feed the hotel's resident owls. The Club features foosball, a kids' pool table, and three PlayStations (mostly offering child-friendly games). It's a perfect place for kids to freely explore and enjoy themselves. [Highlight 2] Strictly speaking, the hotel has three restaurants: Clay, Ikat, and Roosterfish (the Renaissance's 'enclave' restaurant at Pandawa Beach). Roosterfish is highly recommended. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is excellent, and the portions are generous. It requires a shuttle ride to get there, but you're rewarded with fantastic sea views. Next, I'd recommend Ikat, located within the main hotel complex, right by the large infinity pool. It serves Indonesian cuisine, a blend of traditional and modern flavors. While the portions are average, the taste, ingredients, service, and ambiance are all excellent. [Highlight 3] The hotel's design language evokes a grand sense of embracing nature. Built into the hillside, the lobby is situated on the highest floor. Multiple curved buildings are oriented in the same direction, staggered left and right to form a wing-like extension. Each individual building is typically only 5 to 6 stories tall, which provides a good sense of space. Different wings are connected by skywalks on various levels, and functional areas (restaurants, pools, gym, kids' club, banquet halls, etc.) are distributed across these different wings. First-time guests might find it complex, almost like a maze, while others might appreciate its unique charm. Hygiene: The room had no noticeable dust traps or unclean corners. Public areas of the hotel were kept clean and well-maintained in a timely manner. Environment: The main characteristic is the hotel's hillside location. To go out for meals or shopping, you either need a taxi or the shuttle bus. It's not like the Indigo Seminyak where you can easily walk out to explore and dine. However, the hotel's shuttle bus provides direct access to their Roosterfish Beach Club, located near the beach along the cliffside road, which somewhat compensates for not being directly on the beach. If you're comfortable with this, you'll likely appreciate the hotel's unique offerings. Service: Excellent. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Bali, the staff's attitude was consistently great. When Pram at the front desk learned we had an early 6 AM flight the next day, he arranged a generous breakfast box (featuring special fried noodles, croissants, fried eggs, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.) and ensured it was delivered punctually at checkout. I really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance and will definitely consider their properties in other locations in the future.

A wonderful hotel for the price! Compact and cozy rooms with everything you need: kitchen utensils, a stove, and a work desk. Cleaning was excellent, everything was clean. The shower faucet was a bit rough in places, and roosters were crowing right outside the balcony, but the hotel offered to change rooms without any problem. Thank you, I'll be back again.

We stayed on this villa for 5 days and remained in full delight! 🌿 On the territory of only 3 rooms, so the atmosphere here is chamber, quiet and very comfortable. The villa itself is small but very stylish and stylish, it is visible that the owners have invested the soul in every corner. Breakfasts were cooked every day for choice, and it was very pleasant food delicious, always fresh and served with love. There were always fresh flowers on the table, which added special comfort and feeling of home warmth. Separate thanks to the staff girls just amazing! 🥹 Very nice, friendly and responsive, always ready to help and create the maximum comfort for us. They will stay in my heart forever ❤️ There is one point that has a little corrupted the impression: when booking in the app, it was indicated that one room consists of two rooms. We booked for two and expected this option, but eventually we were settled in one room. When we contacted the manager, it turned out that this was an application error. As compensation Trip.com, we have bonus points, so the situation has been decided, but I recommend to clarify the details in advance. The villa is in the jungle and far from the civilization, which gives rest a special atmosphere of privacy and calm. We did not walk on foot, but used a bike taxi with transportation no problems. However, it is important to be prepared that it is a life in the environment: in the evenings can meet beetles, spiders and other small neighbors for us it has not become a problem, but those who are sensitive to it should take this moment into account. I would like to note especially that I celebrated my birthday here, and it was really magical! ✨ The atmosphere, the stylish interior of the rooms and the territory itself all looked like a picture from Pinterest. In general, Dayu Mirah Resort is the perfect place for those who value comfort, nature and spiritual atmosphere. We left with a sense of warmth and gratitude and we're happy to come back here again! ❤️

This accommodation is an ideal place for energy restoration. Stepping outside, you can truly feel the authentic Balinese way of life, providing a strong sense of experience in Indonesia. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Sidewalk Shopping Mall, where you can find globally imported products and a variety of quality international cuisine, all in a less touristy area. The property features a swimming pool and a yoga space, making it very comfortable to stay in, so much so that you might not want to leave. In the mornings, it's delightful to lazily make yourself a cup of instant coffee or enjoy a local herbal ginger tea while sitting in the living room and looking out at the garden. onky one advice: Our first bathroom had a short supply of hot water, but they kindly switched us to another room. The staff was very friendly and patient. The second room had clean bedding and a bathroom with hot water, but the duvet had some holes, and there were dark spots in the bathtub. Overall, the common areas are very comfortable and beautiful, with reasonable prices. It would be even better if the rooms were maintained a bit more. However so lovely to stay here, I will suggest it also to my friends.

I'm still pinching myself after staying at this incredible resort! The room was spacious and impeccably clean we felt like royalty in our own little paradise. The breakfast was included with our booking, and let me tell you, it was a highlight of our day! There were so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was freshly prepared and presented. But what really made our stay special was the access to Dreamland Beach  it's truly a slice of heaven. And the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool were the perfect spots to relax and take in the views. The only downside was the distance to other popular beach clubs like Savaya  it's about a 20 minute drive. However, the resort kindly provided us with complimentary access to Savaya Beach Club for one day during our stay, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we'd highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and we can't wait to come back!

The hotel is quite old but mostly still well maintained. First room had a problem with cockroaches so we requested to change room and was upgraded to a bigger room. The second room shower head was not working properly, but we could still use it to shower, although a little difficult. Hotel location is good, large parking area, and room is pretty spacious.

The hotel environment is very good, the room size is quite suitable, each room also comes with a small kitchen, the hotel is also very convenient, the convenience store laundry restaurant is walking distance, the price is very high, more than expected

This hotel was the last one on our trip and without a doubt the best. The service was personalized and very attentive from Lia and Navi. They made us feel comfortable at all times; they are excellent workers! The breakfast was one of the best and most varied we've ever had, the facilities were very comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring. A large bungalow decorated in a local style, quite interesting in terms of interior design. Minor downsides: the air conditioner is not installed very well, it only blows on the bed, the layout of the houses is confusing, at night it is difficult to find out where your accommodation is) In general, it is convenient to get to Balangan Beach - 7 minutes on foot and 10-12 to the observation deck. The service is at a high level, upon arrival they organized a welcome cocktail, breakfast in the restaurant to choose from (although it seemed meager to me), the pool worked for a long time, in the morning it was additionally cleaned

The front desk lady is really kind and cute. On the first day, our two little girls encountered a lot of trouble, but the front desk lady and the other two men were also very active and enthusiastic to help us solve the problem. Thank you very much.
