My stay at Renaissance Uluwatu was overall very enjoyable, with several highlights that made it memorable. The Clay Craft restaurant was truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to participate in their fruit carving activity, and it was such a unique experience. Special thanks to the instructor, Farhan, who was not only professional and patient but also shared fascinating background stories about the hotel, adding a wonderful personal touch.
The Navigator team was outstanding, always ready to offer helpful recommendations and assistance, and the Duty Manager was highly diligent and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay.
However, there were a couple of minor issues. My room’s telephone didn’t work for the first two days, and I noticed that the bed linen hadn’t been properly cleaned upon arrival. These details could use some improvement.
Despite these small setbacks, my overall experience was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

We booked this villa quite last minute after struggling to find something suitable and it completely exceeded our expectations. Split between 5 of us, it worked out as fairly budget friendly, especially considering we had a whole apartment and private pool. The aircon in one of our bedrooms unfortunately didn’t work but the staff kindly helped us relocate to another villa. The location is slightly out of the way but easily accessible with your own bike/using taxi services, and adds to the peaceful setting. Highly recommend this villa!

This is our second time visit to the resort which has been very well kept. They’ve introduced two new initiatives this time. 1)appointment of a butler to take care of his/her respective hotel guests. As such, i only need to deal with one contact point for all my requests which provides me with the greatest convenience. My butler Rose has been extremely helpful to hv fetched me a table at the hard book Italian restaurant and book massage despite it was a last minute request. Her meticulous arrangements have made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one. 2) breakfast is served around the clock one time every day. Guests can now order breakfast from the menu as they wish. They’re very generous. You could simply order as much as you want, with different portion and free combination. I truly feel that this is more eco friendly than the traditional buffet style. And they do deliver the food at the highest quality by freshly making them.
All staff are well trained, courteous and passionate. I do feel that they enjoy the work, and that’s how they strive to make every guest to hv a wonderful stay at the hotel.
We had a best ever family trip here at Bulgari resort and we’ve planned to come back once again!

Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu is a clean and decent hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The biggest disappointment was the food—definitely skip the breakfast and hotel restaurants. In a place like Bali, where almost every café and restaurant serves amazing, authentic food, Radisson’s overpriced and odd-tasting meals just don’t compare.
The rooms are spacious, but there are some major downsides. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, which makes it uncomfortable after a shower or, well, anything else. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything your neighbors say and even when they flush the toilet. Unfortunately, we had noisy early risers next door, so sleep wasn’t great.
On the plus side, the room had a coffee machine, and they welcomed us with a cookie and macaron, which was a nice touch. The spa experience was average—good atmosphere and service, but the massage itself was just okay and overpriced with an 11% service charge. Also, there’s no beach access.
Overall, while the hotel itself is decent, the lack of soundproofing, poor food, and small inconveniences make it not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

The interior of the resort is beautiful and elegant. I really love the room’s design, colors and it is so spacious. All furniture fit perfectly, love the hidden tea/coffee making corner. However, we had issue with water heater, bed side lamp and the smoke detector, surprised that we don’t get offer to change our room, it is a bit annoyed because we have to wait. Thank goodness that the smoke detector only activated the alarm during our room tour and check out, at least it didn’t spoiled our Sunday morning. I guess Thailand hospitality would react differently in such situations. To be fair, staffs are very friendly, polite and attentive. Food is amazingly great at both Segaran and Akasa. As overall, we really had a great time and wish to be back very soon.

Overhyped and overpriced. The hotel is right on the edge of the sea and yes, the view is really amazing. However, our room was right up near the reception area and the view there was really limited considering the price we paid. Although our suite is quite sizeable, it was not the cleanest that you’d expect of a 5 stars hotel by far. The room just felt a bit old, damp and rusty and balcony door couldn’t be opened.
On the first night, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and that’s where my nightmare began. Firstly, the hotel was under some sort of renovation. We got our table outdoor and it was so noisy as the renovation work was just right next to us. The food took ages to arrive and when it eventually did, all our food were cold. We didn’t want to make a huge fuzz but thought it was also a right thing to let the restaurant staff knows about the issue. To our surprise, the table next to us also made the same complaint and all their food were returned to the kitchen. To be fair though, the staff was very apologetic and we were offered a discount for our bill. After the dinner, I had really terrible stomach pain throughout the night and ended up resting in bed for the whole day which obviously wasn’t part of my travel plan.
The only positive from our stay was perhaps the spa, amazing treatment and very professional/ experienced staff indeed.
All in all, not a very pleasant experience for me.

Extremely disappointed. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. What bothered me the most was the lack of cleanliness. It’s not a complete disaster, but when you book a 5-star hotel, you expect the room to be spotless. The air conditioning had an unpleasant odor, the bedding was just average, and I found hairs in the bathroom, along with spiders and sand.
These kinds of issues are usually things you’d overlook in a 2- or 3-star hotel, but they’re unacceptable at this level. The food was awful—avoid eating at the hotel and explore the surrounding area instead; Bali has much better options to offer. Honestly, the place feels like a 5-star hotel stuck in the 1970s, with a dated American vibe. On the bright side, the Japanese-style toilets were a nice touch, but overall, the experience was very underwhelming.

First, I think it is not worthy of the price. This is the best hotel I booked at this price.
Second, the service attitude is super good.
Third, the hygiene is even better. Everything feels new.
Fourth, the facilities are very complete. The breakfast here is very delicious. This is also my first hotel in Indonesia.
In short, it is so good that I can't describe it in words. It's a pity that I didn't take more photos.
It's a single-family villa with a swimming pool at the door (it's not a private pool, it's shared with the villa next door). I really like the decoration style, it has a natural wabi-sabi feel. Both floors have air conditioning so it's not too hot. But the bathroom is semi-open-air, so it's a bit hot to use the toilet and take a shower haha.
Note: For our honeymoon, the hotel laid rose petals for us, which was very touching. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude and were always smiling.
The soundproofing of the bedroom on the second floor is very poor. At night, you can not only hear the sound of airplanes, but also the conversations of people on the second floor of the villa next door 😂 However, the hotel also prepared earplugs and placed them next to the bed.
The house itself is nice, but the surrounding environment is really bad and a bit run-down. Especially if you want to go out for dinner, even if the restaurant is very close, it is not convenient to walk because the road outside is too narrow and there is no sidewalk. Motorbikes and cars are rushing very fast, making it dangerous to walk. You can eat at the Chinese restaurant opposite, but this Chinese restaurant is not particularly authentic.

GGuest UserThe room is small, we took it because it was close to the airport. I definitely wouldn't stay there for more than two nights, it's too small. But overall it's not bad. The staff is great. The room was dry (I think this is a problem in Bali, there's dampness everywhere)

BBOJANOur stay was nice. The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it was located next to the golf course. There is also a swimming pool available. Although it is a bit far from the beaches and the main area, having a bike makes it convenient to get around, and there is an option to rent bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

IIvanHotel is bit far, but it's quiet and good for relaxation. Pandawa beach is 10-15 min walk. Green Bowl beach is 10min away with scooter, which by the way you can rent in a hotel. Staff are so nice. Hotel is super clean. Don't know why but we got upgraded to a bungalow. It was awesome. There are some local restaurants close by (nice food). You can also eat at hotel. You definitely need bike if you plan to move more.

GGuest UserI really liked the stay. The cabin rooms were very nice, the bed was wide and the pillows and sheets soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well.
In the rooms, in addition to towels for the shower, they also include bathrobes and flip-flops for the pool or bathroom.
They offer varied and rich breakfast. There are some very calm dogs all over the place which is super normal and they come up to you right at breakfast time.
The service is very nice and professional.
The only negative in our opinion was that the shower and toilet do not have a screen to separate them and when you shower you get soaked. Not counting that detail, this hotel is highly recommended and we would stay again if given the opportunity.

TTDRSThe Good
Room was clean and cozy. Complimentary cold drinks and a bowl of fruit welcomed us. View from the balcony and restaurant were amazing. All food and drinks ordered from the restaurant were tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is just 1 minute below the room. Good for snorkeling and bathing. Maybe too many rocks for carefree swimming. Insects and mosquitoes were not much of a problem. Complimentary bug repellent is provided. Monkeys made a visit and weren’t too cheeky.

LLINGFENGA hotel worth recommending, feels like living in nature. Green is good, there is a swimming pool, but there is no time to experience. The bed is comfortable, privacy is not a problem, everyone has their own cabinet.

GGuest UserAffordable and nice. Room clean was supposed to be every 2nd day...but they did not come to clean once, aside from that it's a nice place to stay just don't book room beside reception, always people talking outside the room at all hours. Great location and bed and pillows are comfortable :) I would certainly stay again

GGuest UserBreakfast is average. Their house has only 6 rooms. The best thing is that it’s close to Lover’s Cliff. It is recommended to rent a motorcycle, which is convenient and fast. Although I walked there, the disadvantage is that the bathroom exhaust system is not good, and the whole room is opened. All have a taste.
