I had a wonderful stay at Sanur Resort Watujimbar! Location: The resort is very close to the beach, making early morning and evening walks super refreshing and enjoyable. Pool: The pool area is beautiful and clean. They also have a dedicated kids' pool, which makes the resort very family- and kid-friendly. Dining & Entertainment: The food at the restaurant was delicious! We especially enjoyed the dance show hosted every Friday evening—it was cozy and intimate, but really fun to watch. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing trip in Sanur!

This hotel has a sophisticated design and is incredibly clean and charming. I absolutely loved how the entire hotel feels so open and airy, with a wonderful breeze flowing through, creating a great ambiance. The staff made a great effort to explain things in Japanese during check-in, showing wonderful hospitality. The breakfast also had a great variety and was delicious. I hope to stay here again next year.

We stayed for two days, first in a family room and then in a double room. Both were very spacious. There were some mosquitoes, so mosquito spray is recommended. The breakfast was excellent and varied, even offering local snake fruit and sweet ginger drinks. A special mention goes to the hotel's swimming pools – one is 3 meters deep and the other 4 meters, perfect for practicing snorkeling and even diving, and the lanes are quite long. The welcome drinks and snacks were great; I even bought two more boxes. However, I wouldn't recommend the nearby Japanese restaurant; the salmon wasn't fresh, and it was very expensive.

Wonderful hotel! Left an unforgettable impression! The staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, though perhaps a few more hooks and a drying rack would be useful. The view from the window is stunning, and the sunrises are magnificent! The breakfast selection is good, with a unique Indonesian touch.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and the hospitality was truly exceptional. I didn't use the pool, but it's very close to the sea and within walking distance, so I'd recommend it if you want to enjoy the beach. I stayed for two nights and only had breakfast once, but I was able to eat my fill without any issues like an upset stomach.

The staff are incredibly friendly! It's a bit far from the city center, but only a 3-minute walk to Sanur Beach, which is super close. The famous Massimo ice cream shop, where people always queue, is also nearby. It's not like the city center is super far either; you can easily walk there along the beach path. Icon Bali is about a thirty-minute walk away. There's a pretty large supermarket called Pepito close to the accommodation, and with global chain hotels like Hyatt, Andaz, and Intercontinental in the vicinity, the surrounding area feels quite good. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's rooftop pool had a really nice atmosphere; I was so sad I didn't get to use it. Many Bali hotels offer breakfast by order, but here it's a buffet. They even provide fresh Aqua-brand bottled water. It was a very satisfying stay.

We stayed here during our summer family vacation. This hotel, as they themselves describe it as handmade, is built with natural materials. It felt as if we were staying at a friend’s second home. Overall, there was a sense of story, making it an artistic and inspiring experience. Despite its age, the interior was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, the first floor of the two-story villa we stayed in had no windows looking outside, which created a somewhat closed-in feeling. The beach was beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere of the restaurant after sunset was very romantic. One thing that did not meet my expectations was that the female staff at the reception and restaurant were not very friendly. Their lack of smiles gave us a sense of discomfort. In contrast, the male staff were warm, smiling, and attentive. I wonder why the female staff seemed rather unfriendly.

The hotel is beautiful. We had a few issues this time though which was disappointing. Couldn’t fill the bath as the plug was leaking? Reported to staff upon leaving. Shower was leaking to the front door, reported, didn’t hear back and reported again when leaving. Major for us which we may not come back, we requested a quiet room. We were placed outside the gym where there was a huge event and it went late. This was not ok. We wanted to relax and couldn’t sleep until it finished. Overall again a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff just missed the mark this time.

A five-star hotel where the accommodation, hygiene, and service all deserve full marks. Especially the breakfast buffet – every dish was delicious! I particularly loved the bakery bar; the Western pastries were amazing. For dinner, we went to their sister hotel (connected to Andaz) for a buffet. The food variety wasn't extensive, but thankfully everything was quite good. There was also a spectacular fire show in the middle. At first, I thought it might be a bit cheesy, but it actually turned out to be quite entertaining! However, the best part of the entire resort experience, in my opinion, was the beach. The photo I uploaded was taken at the hotel beach. That night, the sky was clear, and the moon rose over the sea – it was incredibly beautiful! My family and I were walking on the beach after dinner when we saw this scene, and everyone gasped. I never thought I'd actually witness a 'moon rising from the sea,' a sight I'd always thought only existed in Tang Dynasty poetry. That's all.

This is my third time staying, I really like it - the villas are clean, the villas smell nice, there are not many people, the ocean is nearby, there are a lot of restaurants and shops, the hotel staff is amazing. As a regular customer, the hotel manager even provided me with a free transfer to the airport. The villas themselves are very comfortable. I'll be happy to return! I recommend!

There's a papaya nearby, and immigration is also close by, so the location is great. They rented a motorbike for me right away. Check-out was until 12 pm, so I could relax. The manager and the old man who lives behind the place were both very kind! I would definitely recommend this place to Japanese people who are considering moving to the Sanur area and are doing some on-site research!

Really enjoyed staying at this cozy hotel in Sanur, Bali. Great price-quality ratio and a very peaceful location, only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfasts are tasty, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel has only 6 rooms, so even the small pool never feels crowded. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, warungs, massage places, and bicycle rentals nearby, which makes staying in Sanur especially comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, even better than the pictures, with pleasant lighting, Alexa, Dyson, and a projector. Everything was superb. Having our own private pool was simply wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind (just as others have mentioned), and the breakfasts were delicious. It was very convenient that they added us to a chat group for our room where we could book a shuttle, ask any questions, order room service, and so on. I honestly don't know what else to add; we really enjoyed the hotel. We'd gladly explore this hotel chain again. We also visited their spa and had a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend it. We were a bit worried about how everything would go since we traveled independently without a tour operator, but everything was excellent. Bali, in general, is a very safe and comfortable place, and the Sanur area is particularly calm and quiet. There were a couple of minor downsides: a small number of ants on the kitchen table and a slightly leaky shower. However, these didn't bother us at all; I wouldn't lower the rating or avoid this hotel because of them. Regarding the beach: there's a beach within walking distance, but it's mostly used by locals and is quite shallow. If you stay at this hotel, take a shuttle or taxi to Mertasari Beach; it's much better and not a long ride. The shuttle service in general is a great idea – it's very nice, comfortable, and the drivers are pleasant.

A great villa for a large family holiday, very spacious and beautiful interior. Excellent location, to the sea and cafes very close to go, there is a embankment. Daily fast and clean cleaning, even the pool is cleaned once every 3 days!! (It is always clean, and big, very nice there to swim). Mega benevolent and responsive staff! They cover all the minus even!)) exactly once again would have returned to this villa! Still super jacuzzi on the second floor, a lot of greens and in general everything is beautiful! From the downside the note (not for the purpose of criticism, but for the purpose of review to improve): - a lot of mosquitoes (we bought in every fumiguator rod, there are a penny in the nearest store) ”There was no soap, only shampoo and gel for the soul (yet note that on the 2nd floor of the villa there was no hygienic soul or ershika, which was a little uncomfortable..), but after the request the soap was given, However, it was kind of not soap but a tool for washing dishes 😅 by the way it was in the kitchen! And the sponge was that very convenient. In general, it is very recommended to stop here!

We were able to check in late, around 2 AM. The room was comfortable and clean, though the decor was a bit dated. The location seems good, but if you're walking, you have to go quite a distance to find a pedestrian crossing due to the busy road nearby.

This hotel is suitable for short stays. I was there for one night and found it too noisy due to its proximity to the road. Despite that, the hotel itself is clean and tidy, the bedding and towels are fine, though the plumbing is a bit old, and the bathroom is very small. However, the price reflects this. The staff were kind, responsive, and attentive. There's a cafe attached to the hotel where I had delicious udon.

”Correct” dans l'ensemble (et j'insiste sur les guillemets. J'ai passé 3 nuits dans l'hôtel, il y a du négatif comme du positif. Positif + : Le prix, en effet le logement est plutôt bien situé dans Denpasar. Environ 19$ (AUD) la nuit pour être situé à proximité de la plage, des restaurants ainsi qu'un temple Positif : La clim fonctionnelle. Ça peut paraitre évident à Bali mais je vous assure que lorsque que celle-ci ne fonctionne pas sous 28°C à 23h, il va vous falloir suffisament de larmes pour pleurer. Le personnel très sympathique Négatif : La propreté. La chambre est globalement plutôt sale, seul le lit est entretenu. Moisissures sur la télé, mirroir de salle de bain rempli de poustillons et derrière de lit non entretenu. La salle de bain à besoin de rénovation. Négatif - : La douche. Celle-ci ne fonctionne tout simplement pas, pas d'eau chaude (ni tiede) et pas de début correct. Pour ma part ça n'a pas vraiment été un problème mais je doute que ce soit le cas de chaque personne. En note global je mettrais un 3/5. Il faut savoir que c'est un logement très peu couteux et malgré le négatif, c'est acceptable pour ceux qui comme moi, reste moins de 5 jours.
