1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

First time staying here, and I didn't know this accommodation before! Trip.com has showed a room display option for the Chinese New Year, the rate was okay but compare to other I prefer to stay in other hotel which offers same price for better facility. Indeed, the photos on Trip.com looks great, in fact it's 180 degrees different then in real. Good location, calm and feel relaxed, but the cleanliness is bad, this old accommodation needs special and big maintenance to make it better look! First, I entered a room I was shocked to see the different compare on photos. The bathroom had no headshower and the water pressure is really low, it was room in second floor and stuck balcony door which uneasy to slide (rusty). was really bad! The linens, sofas, curtains, towels are dirty and stinky. I was asking the receptionist for the new room. The staff is really helpful and will try to make your stay accommodating. They will help out with the issues you have. this is a plus! 2 Nights stay is fine, hopefully from this review they will start to think to make this place looks better than what it is now. Abian Harmony Hotel is a good place for leisure as it’s location is very strategic and good value of money. Their staff are friendly and made me feel as my second home, room is comfortable, nice swimming pool, nice food and massage, just 5 minutes to the beach. I really recommended this property to whom would like to take their holiday in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia

We had a great stay at this hotel but there were issues. I am writing this review as clearly as positive to help you weigh the negatives with the positives, as the value for money WAS excellent. GREAT THINGS The staff are fabulous. You can't beat the location. Right on the main strip of restaurants and next door to Artesedana (old Hardys), so you can buy all the water, drinks and fresh food you need. We had a cabana room and it was exactly as portrayed. Loved our plunge pool and the super comfy lounger chairs. Plenty of pool towels available. This is one of the few Bali hotels I have eaten at that does cakes really well. The breakfast didn't have massive selection, but everything was well cooked and tasty. Room service meals were great too. I am also mindful that any other hotel could offer a plunge pool room with breakfast in a main location for anywhere near the price we paid. It was excellent value for money. NEGATIVES Our king bed was so awful. It was on a wooden base which creaked loudly every time you moved. It also swayed with even the slightest movement, so not great sleep there. It might be worth considering getting twin share so that at least you don't wake each other up all night simply moving. It is very noisy. There were 3 dogs in the laneway behind our room who barked all night. Not intermittent barking, constant barking. There was one night in our 8 night stay where they only barked for a few hours and thankfully went silent - but barked the rest of the evenings. I wore 34db earplugs every night and the dogs still kept me awake. I don't know what was being moved in the rooms above us, but it sounded like furniture was being dragged on and off most of the night. I was incredibly loud and woke us both each time - even me wearing earplugs. The hallways are also very noisy. The internet access is unsecured and you constantly have to keep logging back on, which made it difficult to do work while we were on holidays. Not a negative - but keep in mind this is a low-service hotel in that there is no pool bar and no service at the pool, no money exchange offered (although there is a great money changer directly over the road). This didn't worry us, but could be disappointing for anyone wanting the pool bar experience. CONCLUSION On the whole, I still consider the room was excellent value for money and I enjoyed my stay. Probably wouldn't go back - just because sleep is an important part of the holiday and it was so noisy!

Nice ,clean ,was low season but value for money

We had a lovely stay at Aleesha's for a week. Our room was great and very spacious, the bed was made up lovely with some flowers on top. They provided 2 bottles of water daily free of charge and part of a mini bar there were 4 bintang beers, some chips, nuts, chocolate and 2 large bottles of water to purchase which were replenished and added to your bill if used. We found this super convenient, especially as the prices were what you'd pay at the supermarket. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. From organizing trips and scooters for us without any hassle. The only slight disappointment was the good 15min walk to the beach, we would have preferred to be closer. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards were very worn and the aircon made quite a loud noise. However, other than that we loved our stay and would highly recommend Aleesha Villas.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sri Phala Resort & Villa. The staff were very friendly going well out of their way to entertain our 2 young children. They also made sure we were happy. The hotel was lovely and quiet, with our garden villa very spacious. Whilst the location is slightly outside of Sanur, this was not an issue given availability of hotel shuttles and taxis.

Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company

Good affordable hotel. Location is very good as the beach and clubs are at a walking distance or a short bike ride. And there are lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The downside was the breakfast as it had very limited options and was not really great. If I go again I wouldn’t get the breakfast included but other than that it was all fine!
