Unagi's bit off location ideal for those who value serenity away from touristic spots. You'll need ur own car or motor bike to commute to Unagi, 20 min away from Ubud center. That's probably the main drawback.
Our room, common infinity swimming pool, garden-like pathway & intimate resto all clean & well maintained. All staffs quite helpful, courteous & warm interacting with us as hotel guest.
We stayed for 4 nites during Bali's silent day (”Nyepi”) when guests aren't allowed to leave hotel within 24 hours. Yet we felt comfortable staying there. Will recommend friends & families 👍

The room was beautifully designed with a touch of Balinese style and modern comfort. Bed was super cozy, and the balcony overlooking the trees and river added a peaceful vibe. Everything was spotless, and amenities were well-stocked. Bathroom was spacious with strong water pressure and nice toiletries. It felt private and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Loved waking up to the sound of nature. A very comfortable and restful stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, fully corresponds to the description 🤩 The pool is clean, the territory is clean, they cleaned every day. There is a kitchen. 30 minutes walk to the Balinese zoo. But it was impossible to sleep there. Crickets, birds, night prayers, and in one of the villas there lived a huge lizard that scratched at night and pooped on the bed 2 times. There is no soundproofing, but there is a jungle 😅 in general, take earplugs. From the staff, a woman came to clean once a day with whom it was difficult to communicate and no one else, no other residents and employees. My son was getting out of the shower, slipped on the tiles and hit his head, we could not get through to any of the workers, the neighbors helped take him to the hospital. Thank God everything worked out.

The villa is modern and look good , just like the photos shown. All the staff are very friendly and they always have a warm smile. However, there are way too many bugs, especially in the bedroom. There many bugs on the beds. Also, the water temperature is not stable, the water turned cold while I was having a shower. For the bathroom, it is half outdoor, so wind and rain can get in the bathroom. In the midnight, there were strong wind and heavy rain, and the toilet paper got wet and the wind made the blinds so noisy that they kept waking me up.

it is our 2nd time in this villa . The local owner speaks fluent Mandarin - also the main reason we returns . First stay earlier this year. We love the simplicity of things and value for money . Great ricefield-side location and feels part of the local Ubud community . I will highly recommend them - and planning to stay at their other locations as well (Canggu - Sanur - Uluwatu).

In fact, the hotel is located in a rather strange area, where there is absolutely nothing interesting nearby (within 15 minutes by bike) and a very poor choice of cafes and restaurants. In general, a village. After sunset, riding a motorbike is inconvenient - no markings, no lighting. Breakfasts at the hotel are average (the menu is probably much better, but those that come with the booking are so-so). In all other respects, it is a typical economy hotel with Balinese hospitality and friendliness. I will not recommend it, because there is simply nothing to recommend here.

I really liked the villa, the only downside is that there are few sockets and you have to constantly carry household appliances, like a microwave, and it's heavy
And there are a lot of insects, ants, it's better not to leave anything sweet, otherwise it's the end 😂 the repair is a bit worn out, like everywhere else, it seems to me

NNawafA very good, quiet, clean, very friendly, respected hotel staff, I forgot my reserve mobile after I recorded the exit, and they told me that they had it, and they kept it until I sent someone to receive it, and before they handed it over, they sent me.
The rooms have screens, Netflix and Alexa.
A special swimming pool for some rooms with an outdoor seat and a view of nature 
They have the garage service.
And the service to send breakfast to the room is estimated to be a floating breakfast.
The way they communicate is very good, the first entry record is added to the watts, in which all the supervisors of the resort are , and they communicate with them by watts at any time, and the response is quick by them.
Even breakfasts send you a breakfast meal, and you choose your dishes and ask for them at the time that suits you, whether in the room or in their restaurant

EEli NOerSuper value for money & super friendly owner, room are clean since its seems new property, water heater works well but bring your own toiletries or buy at nearby alfamart. Its just feel like home but if you don’t get used to natural noise like dog, gecko or roasters you might want to bring earplugs for better sleep. Also its very near to Griya beji waterfall if you’re there for spiritual purposes.

RRavi154Book this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Ubud. Amazing amazing staff. We were greeted by Ade who showed us around the hotel and apologised for the traffic we faced while on our way from Seminyak ( not his fault hahaha). He explained us where all the amenities are and how we can maximise our stay in Ubud.
The hotel is on a cliff so all rooms are downstairs which is super cool! All the rooms are suites with either Pool or Jacuzzi.
Because of small number of rooms, the hotel feel intimate and staff is always there to assist you with smile on their face.
Coming to the room; the room we stayed in was Jacuzzi Suite. Massive room and very new and clean. Comes with free mini bar (yesss).
Breakfast options are alright but the best thing is they have three set menus which they make fresh based on your order apart from A la carte. Yes they have vegetarian options too.
The best part about this hotel and I urge the staff and hotel to promote is the massive art collection/museum that they have. When I say massive; it is 5 storeys!!!! We went for a tour and were blown away with how much effort the owner has put in curating the art and showing the rich culture of Bali. One of the staff member named Rai also showed us the traditional Balinese house and explained how it is built.
They also have free shuttle to Ubud Centre which is a huge plus for anyone looking to go to the main market for shopping/ eating/.
Don’t think twice about booking this hotel. If you do; you may miss what this hotel has to offer!

JJovanna1125Good location, but close to the road and can hear all the noises, playing band from the nearby restaurant and singing frogs and other insects. If you are light sleeper , I do not recommend this place. But room is nice. Has everything you need. Breakfast was limited but good.

It could be a bit confusing for the driver to find its exact location especially at night 🥹 ! I love the tranquilities during my stays . Greetings from friendly & attentive staffs ,on top of that the foods served were not bad either . YES ! definitely a unique holidays experience here in Ubud !!!!!!😘

MMaksimWe stayed at the hotel in a villa in January 2025. The hotel is located in a quiet place. The rice terraces are 5 minutes away by car. There is a local market next to the hotel. Prices at the market are pleasant. The territory is large, well-kept. Lots of greenery. There is a large swimming pool and pools in the villas. There is a swing near the large pool. All pools are finished with stone. The villa had a good large TV with Internet. King size bed with an excellent mattress. The bathroom is large, finished with stone. Hot and cold water, There is a bath and a separate shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel and other accessories. Towels are good. Breakfasts at the hotel are varied, the portions are large. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The portions are large. The staff is friendly. Great hotel.
