Hotels in Kuta, Bali

I had a very nice stay. Clean everywhere. My room was perfect for just me. I didn’t need cleaning everyday and they were very accommodating. Air conditioning worked beautifully. Thank you staff for a nice experience 🫡

The room are spacious, it was close to the airport we only transit here stay one night to continue our trip to Labuan bajo next day in early morning

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.

Located quite far from Kuta Beach but grab is always available. Near the Mall, and there's convenience store just a few steps away. Facilities is good, the pool is great. the gym is under repair. The room is okay, it seems old and not well-maintained since signs are evident.  Wifi is not strong in my room which is located in second floor.  staff are really great. Price is a bit high compared to other hotel.

Very nearby the airport and many good local food around. Love spending time there

We’ve booked and stayed 4 room for 2 nights. The cleanness wasn’t enough and little ants were everywhere in the rooms we stayed first. We’ve changed the rooms and the got better.

It was lovely for stop over (few hours before our next flights). Easy to get to shops, etc. Friendly customer services all around. Clean room and have good working AC. It’s nice how they have ‘bedroom bench’ for relaxing, seating, etc. They let us store our luggages after checkout while we shopped and wait for transportation to airport for our next flights.

Every member of your team, from the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, was extraordinarily professional and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-cared for. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I would rate it a perfect 5/5 without hesitation. I would also like to personally acknowledge individuals such as Serina, the kind gentleman at the café, and the housekeeping team. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special and memorable. That said, I’d like to bring to your attention a minor concern. While I understand that the local humidity can occasionally lead to pests, we did notice the presence of a few roaches during our stay. I consider this a very small issue, but one worth mentioning. As my family owns several hotel chains in Malaysia, I truly understand the importance of maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, particularly when it comes to pest control.This is not as a criticism, but as a suggestion for improvement, as I genuinely care about the continued success and growth of the hospitality industry. Stark Hotel is a stunning property with a unique and elegant design, and it holds immense potential. With continued attention to cleanliness and detail, I am confident that the hotel will solidify its place as a premier destination in Kuta, Bali, and continue to exceed the expectations of discerning guests. Overall experience was good, except for noise level is a bit loud between rooms. I was staying on level 2, can hear music from the restaurant. Request Hotel morning music to change to more smoothing music. There are a few eating places nearby. Next to hotel, there is a nice place Harum Bali shop, a great place for shopping for cakes, Kueh Lipids and a large variety of tidbits and snacks.

Really good value!! Staffs are very kind, welcoming! Only sad thing was when I asked them that I don’t need clean up my room, they still cleaned 😂 Because I was busy and I left my lots of stuffs on the bed, I didn’t want anyone come in to my room🥹 But nothing problems, it’s okay ✌️
