We choose to extend our booking for another day as it is really too comfortable here. Other than sound proofing needs improvement because the nearby neighbors are really noisy! But otherwise so far so good with cleanliness being met daily. Thanks for the great service!

The location is ideal: it is close to the airport and a short walk to the main street for food and drinks. This villa is advertised as newly built in 2024, and the only drawback is the management. The floor is extremely sticky, and the room we were given was not thoroughly cleaned. After nine days in Papuan and Manggis, we only stayed here for one night to make the journey to the airport easier, but we had to clean the incredibly filthy floor. Although the office is normally empty, the counter person was lying on the sofa with the phone playing on the earphones and the air conditioner running full blast at night. It is strange that they work the other way around, and the office gets hot during the day without air conditioning. There is no fridge in the room. The shower faucets were rusted.

Average room size but acceptable. It is an old hotel from outside but well decorated inside. Some facilities inside the room may not be perfect such as the shower with a low pressure. Internet WiFi needed to be registered through a website which makes it complicated, specially that I needed to connect my laptop and the IT came to fix it. Hotel is located in front of the sea but doesn’t have so much sea view rooms. Reception gave me the room at first floor which was not according to my booking, later I complained to change my room to the second floor. Cleaning staff are really nice and friendly, same for the entrance and security staff. Overall is more expensive than other hotels that I stayed but because of the location it may worth it.

Harris Hotel Tuban Kuta is conveniently located near to the airport. Walking distance to/fro airport is approximately 10-15mins. The service of the hotel staff is good and they are friendly and polite. However, I was not very satisfied with the room. I was given an option to choose a room near to or further away from the lift. Initially, I chose the one further. However, the room was smacked right in the middle of a construction site and a rundown/unused low-rise building. There room had a very strong stale smell and there were lots of mosquitoes especially it’s the raining season. So I requested to change to the other room. But the other was unsatisfactory as the moment I opened the room, I was greeted with a strong cigarette smell (I requested for non-smoking room). I didn’t have a choice as there wasn’t any other room available at that point. The breakfast buffet spread was alright. The cleanliness of the towels and bedsheets must be improved.

The warm hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. The staff, especially Masmi, made me feel at home with their kindness and enthusiasm. Masmi always said hi with a smile, and tried to make sure we are well taken care of. The location is perfect: close to the airport, beaches, and plenty of restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and spotless. Overall I had such a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Overall the experience is amazing. Location is so strategic, which is walking distance to Kuta Beach were good to catch for sunset and surfing. The residence is attached with the shopping mall, souvenir shop and neighbourhood with mostly 5 star hotel. When arriving, the staff (Titan) assist us smoothly and overall staff alsways with smile and helpful. I booked the biggest residence at the highest floor with 3 room and it very spacious, good view, clean, tidy, elegant, quiet and comfortable. Only use access card for the lift and to enter the residence they will provide you a door password and this is so convinent as we no need to bring they key with us. Facilities is fastatic were can watch neflix with projector and the sound bar for living room, and main 2 room also got netflix and own televison. There is washing machine and dryer, cooking stuff, water dispenser, coffee maker, iron and iron board, etc The wash room use bidet style and total is 3+1 with big rain shower all come with the good smell and organic range of Shampoo, body wash etc. The balcony also very spacious and can get view of Mount Agung. Also can play some uno card, lego, and chess aslo. Can see all the good and high quality brand been using for facilities from from furniture, electrical appliances, bedding stuff etc. We also tried their gym and swimming pool even the size is not that big but it just nice. Definately the summary of experience during my stay is just amazing. Thank you Beachwalk Residence for the great memories.

We stayed for 9days with a kid with us. Services are excellent, absolutely prefect for kids. They have water slides for adults and children, massive swimming pool so relaxing and fun. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, staffs are super friendly and helpful!! We had a very good time here(: We also went to the hotel massage, they have massage special for kids too. My nephew loves it!! Remember to book the photo shooting paparazzi at the hotel, they provide free photo shoot with professional camera man!!

Premier room - a must  I booked one with access to the lagoon. I have to say I prefer my side as I was hidden by the flower once enjoying my swim. The other side is not for all the room and give on the main hall Thank you. The breakfast buffet is a really feast with so many options. The chicken soup is delicious. I can’t name all the dishes available for the breakfast-brunch from 6am to 11am during my stay. You can arrive at 10:30am and there is still a lot of food. They really stop at 11am.  Hotel is so close to the airport and yet you seem to enter a bubble. No flights noise. Just a heaven. The outside swimming pools are really good in side. The view from the sand restaurant is peaceful. The grilled fish is amazing. I kept ordering it for my dinner. I recommend it and I’ll certainly be back. It’s a nice stoplight ver in between flights or destinations, to relax and enjoy some good food and vibes.  The Spa is a must, I had an amazing treatment and a delicious tea. Oh the welcome drink too is good. I also bought a nice dress in the hotel shop. All the staff is attentive and helpful. Thanks for making my stay a great experience and memorable souvenir.

Location: A very good place at the heart of Kuta. It’s very near Kuta beach, Beach Walk shopping mall and other convenience stores. Room: very clean, comfortable and im in the balcony room so I have a view of the shopping mall. Service: amazing services. helpful and lovely people here. will always whatsapp us if we need housekeeping service. there was an electrical check on one of the days and the hotel also informed us on this, which is very helpful for us. Value: worth my stay here!!!! first time in Bali and also for our 1st wedd anni so it’s really an amazing stay for us ❤️ Additional: even morning breakfast here was good and lots of varieties. Approx ~$22SGD for 2pax which is cheap and affordable. 5/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😍😍😍

Didn’t notice that this hotel is attached to Beachwalk mall. So that’s a plus point. Easy access to restaurants. Location is good in front of Kuta beach and the surrounding commercial area. Service is great.
