Highly recommend The Stones for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Bali. The location was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel was well maintained and satisfying in every category. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was large and well designed. The Jacuzzi was warm and lovely to relax in after a day of walking. The breakfast was fresh and varied with great selections - we wanted for nothing! The pool table was a great way for the kids to entertain themselves and the staff went above and beyond to help. I accidentally left my handbag with a large amount of cash and my passport, lying on a bench. I went back half an hour later and the staff had located it and put it in a safe location after trying to contact me! All money and items were still in the bag when staff returned it to me - very honest, friendly and genuine people at this hotel. It was a lovely stay.
Boss Legian Hotel in Legian, Bali, is a hidden gem for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This hotel stands out as one of the best budget options in the area, offering exceptional service that goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of Boss Legian Hotel is its prime location—just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach. This makes it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever you please. But the real showstopper is the rooftop pool, which offers a stunning sea view. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery.
Overall, Boss Legian Hotel provides excellent value for money, combining affordability with quality service and amenities. It's an ideal choice for travelers looking to experience the best of Legian without breaking the bank.
The impressions were mixed, the hotel has a very good location, it is close to the sea, but to get there by a short route - you have to walk through unpleasant narrow streets and squeeze between buildings, if a bike starts to go towards you, then you have to go back or squeeze into the wall - this is very inconvenient. We also tried to get to the beach by bike, and there was a paid access, if you are on transport - this does not apply to the hotel, but in general, it looks like nonsense. The hotel itself looks very stylish, and the interiors are good. However, the room has poor soundproofing. The bathroom is also inconvenient, as it lacks privacy. Not only is it covered with glass instead of a solid door, but it also allows a lot of sound to pass through. At 3 a.m., a rooster started crowing in the private sector near the hotel. The crowing was extremely loud, and it sounded as if the rooster was in the same room as us. I couldn't get enough sleep because of this, and my entire experience was ruined. On the positive side, the hotel offers a delicious and well-executed breakfast. The room we stayed in had two air conditioners, which made it easy to adjust the temperature. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. However, soundproofing and a good night's sleep are crucial for me, so I don't think I'll be returning.

Solo traveller with packed activities so this small room with no view was enough for me cuz I'm only at hotel to bathe and sleep.
Like other reviews, there's a bit of a 'wet' smell in the toilet and the aircon wasn't cold (I didn't ask to change)
It's 3 mins walk to Kuta beach, 2 mins walk to convenience store. Very convenient 👌
We stayed here with our family of 12, 10 adults 2 kids (3yrs old & 1.5years old). Breakfast was great every morning and staff super accomodating with getting pool fencing around the pool in the 3 bedroom villa. Great location and the staff were all amazing
Stayed for 4 nights. The location is great as it is only 7 minutes' walk from kuta Beach, and there are lots of great food options around the area. The staff is friendly and gives off a warm welcoming vibe throughout the whole stay. Area of improvement would be the shower as it is quite small.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Nandita — such a polite and honest person who truly cares about guests.
The food was delicious every time, and breakfast had lovely optional choices to suit everyone. I especially loved one of the mocktails (photo below!) — it was amazing.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and tasty food. Highly recommended!
The hotel room is super comfortable, was laid out in a great form and the hotel was enjoyable to stay in, right by the beach and easy to get food and transport
Best hotel so far... The hospitality was very good. Clean room and good design. I like how we can watch TV when using bathtub. And have spotify and Netflix ready. The room smell was very nice. When we check in. If you want floating style breakfast or any decoration you need to pay extra which is quite expensive for me. The breakfast looks good on the picture but for me it was dissappointing. I ordered egg benedict which the eggyolk suppose not to be cooked but they make it like a boil egg which very bad for me. But over all we so happy with the room. We had a good sleepling quality cause the bed very comfortable!! Great Stay!!!👍👍
I had a great time at the Jayakarta. The staff were very friendly and as a solo traveller, they made the effort to speak to me. The pools were so lovely! The temperature was just right! I also booked a flower bath and massage in the resort...very good! The food was really good and the cocktails even better! They also had hair braiders in the resort, so I got my hair done! My only slight criticism was the room. I didn't feel my room was quite on par with other hotels I've stayed in. I didn't complain but my bed sheets were stained, and I didn't feel all that comfortable in there. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room either, but the staff did bring me one on request. I just felt like they need to buy new towels and bed sheets. I got the sense they were washed and 'clean' but old and like I say, stained. I've stayed in hostels of better room standards sadly. But everything else was really good!

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and the interior of the room is nice. Although I don't know why there is an odd smell occasionally, but overall it is quite comfortable. The location is very good in the Kuta area. The beach is next door and can be reached within walking distance.
TTravelAuditorThe Trip.com app in Russian presents an incorrect and misleading description of the rooms. In reality, a villa with two or three bedrooms is rented, but the listing claims it’s a 25 m² room with one or two king-size beds. This description is inaccurate and creates a false impression of the accommodation format.
The villa itself is decorated in a Greco-Roman style and is pleasant to stay in. However, in the living area, there is a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sink, resembling the smell of a fecal septic tank. Most of the air conditioners operate quietly, but in the first bedroom, the unit started making noise as early as the third day.
The water in the pool is maintained at a comfortable 30–31 °C, but it’s important to note that chlorine is added — a critical detail for guests with allergies. The kitchen has no towels at all. In the bathroom, the liquid soap dispenser is broken, and the hose of the bidet spray releases water with a foul smell. There are dishes available, but no deep bowls — only flat plates.
During our stay (4 nights / 5 days), it rained only once and briefly, which was fortunate: the noise of raindrops hitting the roof is very loud and can interfere with sleep in rainy weather.
Overall, the villa left a positive impression. I hope the owner takes the above comments into account and resolves the identified issues.
AANDREI711Even for a hostel it's weak, the elevator doesn't work, although there are 5 floors, on the roof there is a small dirty trough called a swimming pool, the shower is dirty, the door lock was broken, they fixed it after three reminders, I left there early, the only plus is the price
NNozzaThis hotel is very nice and scenic. It has a very nice ambience and setting. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The hotel is based in a quiet area of Legian and a cheap affordable food court is located nearby.

GGuest UserService is good, need to overlook the breakfast service. Mostly the foods are empty, cup and glass are empty, tables are dirty. The rest of it is good!
ZZozo AngeloTrès bruyant , et cher pour passer une nuit à entendre les moteurs de voitures et motos faire vibrer toute la chambre...
Personnel très sympathique par contre
