The location is chic. The species are chic , terrace and pool straight at the height. Ordered pizza on the pool made very sharp. They ordered the calyan while they were cooking and brought half of the staff smoked. The villa was removed, which is chic, but it is new not de not all the walls were erased after repair. In the case very worthy object!

Our stay at Desa Oculus was overall a decent one. The service staff were all great and we felt very welcomed and taken care of by everyone. Our gripe was not on the staff but the building itself. The shower area constantly smelt like sewage, making it really uncomfortable and unhygienic to shower in. We didn’t feel clean stepping on the shower area bare footed. There was also only one door shared for the shower area and the toilet area = when someone is showering, there’s no door for the toilet area, so you can’t really use it together. The sound proofing was also less than ideal—our room was located right below the restaurant and the dragging of the chairs were real loud, making it hard for proper rest. This accommodation was decent for a one night stay, since the views and aesthetics were great but personally would not recommend more than a night if you are looking for a restful trip.

We arrived late at night, so we couldn't see the surrounding scenery, but when we unzipped the tent, we were impressed by the view! It was dynamic, and we could see Mount Batur. It was great to have an open-air bath and a cup of coffee in the morning!!! The facilities were spacious and clean, and the restaurant had a wide variety of dinner menus. Great. I want to come again.

Comfortable place

Good hotel for one night. Great view of volcanoes and lake (we were very impressed by the view). Noisy exhaust fan in toilet and strong smell

Excellent hotel, cozy rooms, mangal area, there is a restaurant, quite delicious cooking fish, excellent view on the volcano, everyone is very happy. One single minus is the presence of a huge number of flies, but it no longer refers to the hotel, but to the location, because the flies in that location there everywhere.

Our stay was awesome. Beautiful camps with amazing lake view. Service was great too. Maybe some feedbacks would be the condition of the aircon in one of the camps. It was’nt correctly functional and we asked the staff to move us to another camp. Another funny one would be the infiltration of a bat into our bedroom through the washroom. The washroom itself is roofless with outdoor ambience, so it makes sense that small animals could get in and theres nothing the staff could do about it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, thank you.

The location is on the street of baatur, and it is easy to find the restaurant up and down. But the photos on the trip are different from the ones I ordered to live in. The suggestion is to write the content more clearly. There are two toilets, one bath (the amount of hot water is very small). If you are used to living in a camping area, you may like it, but if you are used to staying in a hotel, you may not adapt. The scenery is actually covered by trees, and it is still recommended to go outside if you want to see the lake view. Dogs outside the road are easy to chase, and you need to be careful when you go out at night.
