Recomended service so good the staff is really friendly .. the view from the pool so nice while chilling early morning and evening …. Unless for the water is a bit salt still can use for showering but its make sense tho cause it an island and mostly hotel,homestay,hostel in nusa penida the water is a bit salt so i still give this hotel a good review for their hospitality … tq🫰🏻

In terms of location and environment, Penida is pretty good. Although it is relatively far away from the scenic spots, but since I have decided not to go on a day trip and live on the island, I don’t really need to care about the distance. I think it’s okay, the hotel It takes less than an hour to get to the farthest attraction, and it’s almost enough to play in two days without being in a hurry. The only problem with this hotel is that the bath water is not hot enough for a long time before it gets cold, so you can wash one person while waiting to wash the other one person. The food in this hotel is very good, the buffet breakfast is relatively good, the lunch and dinner are delicious, and the service is not bad

Beautiful setting, clean, friendly staff. Banana pancakes were good for breakfast. One day I did get a massive bug in my coffee which put me off a little. The pool is really nice. Homestay Organised trips for me and a driver to collect from evening restaurant etc... which was so helpful. There is a really cute dog that comes around. The walk to main road with shops restaurant is about 15mins which I found OK but traffic is a bit nuts. Bed so comfy. Had great sleeps.

Yes, the service is very good. Great value for money. In front of the door is the sea. Facilities need to be improved.

I think it's very good. It's right opposite the dive shop. You can rest right after diving. It's very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, but the facilities are not good. The faucet in the room I stayed in leaked. Remember to bring mosquito coils. It's a single-family house, very retro, and the environment is very satisfactory. It's very comfortable to live in.

My husband and I were in Maua for our short trip to Nusa Penida during our 2-week honeymoon in Bali, and we can both agree without hesitation that Maua was absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at, not just in this trip but ever, in terms of overall experience. Upon arrival, we were immediately stunned by how beautiful view from the hotel reception area was when we walked down the stairs from the parking lot. We started to appreciate the aesthetics of the hotel even more when the manager, Ka Ka told us about the difficulties of building this hotel from scratch, especially transporting the construction materials all the way from Bali to Nusa Penida through the small and bumpy roads on the island. And as you stay there longer and observe more, you can really tell that a lot of time, effort and thoughts have been put into the architecture, interior design and environment of the whole place. We must say, however, that all has been paid off because the execution was nothing less than perfect. Maua consists of a number of private villas which were built on a mountain slope. We stayed at Villa No. 323 at the most bottom with a private infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous Gamat Bay with a sunset view. Buggies would be arranged for sending us down and picking us up upon a quick phone call, even at 5 a.m. in the morning one day when we wanted to watch the sunrise. The breakfast was the most generous and sumptuous we had in Bali and the presentation and taste was on point. The free flow pastries were a nice touch, and the French toast was the best I have ever had. We also tried their restaurant for dinner on one night and were very satisfied with their Western options. Needless to say, and I am sure all the guests would agree, the hotel staff members were what made Maua extra special - you can just feel that everyone working there were genuinely enjoying their work and happy about their life there, and they care about the well-being of the guests from the bottom of their hearts and it really shows. To the whole Maua crew, especially our dear friends, Dinda, Ayu, and Kaka, we would like to give a big thank you to you all for making our stay so memorable and flawless. Thank you for showering us with surprised snacks, late night cakes, welcome and goodbye drinks (and even giving us the recipe for it without us asking) and your warming smiles. The lovely conversations we had and the laughter we shared will forever stay in our hearts. We are missing our stay at Maua so much after checking out and would definitely visit Nusa Penida again just so we can stay with Maua.

We had an incredible stay at Arsa Hotel in Nusa Penida, Bali. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The hotel had a beautiful and serene ambiance that made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The highlight was the stunning pool area from our balcony. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the island. Not only did Arsa Hotel provide excellent accommodation, but their customer service was also top-notch. The staff was always eager to assist us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel’s restaurant offered a delicious array of local and international cuisine, and we were particularly impressed with the breakfast. The hotel also organised various excursions and guided tours, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty and cultural richness of Nusa Penida. Overall, our stay at Arsa Hotel was truly unforgettable, and we cannot wait to visit again in the future.

We are very satisfied because the hotel environment is very quiet and also very clean. Hotel rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. All accessories are complete also the pool is beautiful and clean. Is located at the beach and the food of the restaurant is also delicious. The service is friendly. View is to the island of Bali where a volcano Gunung Agung is clearly visible. These are the reasons to return to this Sebali Penida Resort on holiday.

Had very pleasant stay here. The room was very big, acc worked very well and quietly. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful garden and pool. Location is great too, easy to reach every part of the island. Stuff friendly and helpful. Only downside is the food, but if you like fried rice and noodles you’ll be fine. Anyway very close to resort there is nice place to eat. Would definitely recommend and stay there once again. Very good value for the money. Oh and there is very well equipped gym!
