We liked everything. Neat villa, nice staff. Breakfast to choose from, but I recommend choosing an omelette, it comes with sausages, bacon, vegetables, beans, bread and a bun. The staff cleaned the room when we were not home, which was very convenient. There was always instant coffee and tea in the room. The refrigerator worked well and there was a minimum set of utensils for cooking. There was also a built-in electric stove. The water in the pool was comfortable. You could also park a bike near the villa. Another plus was that at the reception you could order food directly to your room at affordable prices. The staff helped organize the washing of things, the things were returned clean and ironed, only 15 thousand rupees per kilogram (~ $ 1) and everything was returned directly to your hands, you did not need to go anywhere. The first time I chose this one in Pili Island, the experience is very good. This is a new villa series under Nagisa. I saw a small partner in the comment area and said that there was no way to contact the housekeeper. It may be caused by Trip.com not to contact. We called the villa directly, and the phone was left to our housekeeper's phone and we added the housekeeper's whatsapp. The housekeeper was very responsible for the whole process and the contact and communication were very smooth. Friends who book hotels in domestic apps must confirm the communication method with the housekeeper in advance. Facilities: toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, bath towels, hair dryers, it is very convenient not to bring your own. The kitchen can cook by yourself, and there is also a water dispenser (the water dispenser is bottled water, we have no problem drinking, you can drink with confidence. Hygienic: clean and tidy, there are no bugs in the room, and mosquito coil liquid is prepared in the room. Every day, people clean the room. Environment: Look at the pictures, I live very comfortable, I like the green plants and flowers around. There are also brunch, convenience stores and spas around, which is very convenient. Service: Very good, the first night of the landing also came to receive us to introduce us to the villa. The reply was timely, the staff was very enthusiastic, and the breakfast was cleaned on time.

A beautiful villa in a serene and trendy neighbourhood in Canggu. The villa is very spacious with a large comfortable bed, decent kitchen and big bathroom. The pool was awesome and enjoyable on the long hot days. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any request or need. The breakfast is made to order apart from a small buffet of pastries, fruit and Asian dishes. There is a Circle K right outside the villa complex as well as other restaurants and cafes. A brilliant experience at this stunning villa! Highly recommend to anyone choosing to stay in Canggu.

The owner of this hotel is from Amsterdam, and he and his team are absolutely excellent—professional, friendly, and truly make you feel at home. There are restaurants nearby, the swimming pool is pretty good, the facilities are a bit old, but fortunately the bed is very comfortable, but the wifi is very poor, the data card signal reception is not very ok, but the staff are very enthusiastic to help.
