Overall I liked the hotel, polite and attentive staff, good location, but very noisy in the evening until 1am, loud music can be heard and it is impossible to sleep.

The location is really good. There is a convenience store right in front, and the staff are very friendly. But the facilities are really bad. Especially the bathroom. The shower is broken or not working. Only the sunflower shower head works. The button in the bathtub is not fixed and is broken. Is the bathroom & shower room transparent? There is a sheet-like thing attached, but it is not transparent and is completely see-through, so you can see everything inside, which is also very inconvenient. I don't know if there is a ventilation fan or not working, but there is no ventilation. It is okay if you just look at the location of Smart TV, but in fact, you can take a taxi and there are many places with good locations, so I don't really recommend it.

The hotel location is superb because it is at the busy street with lot of eateries, convenient store and other shops. We got a free upgrade to the room with pool access. Breakfast spread is quite limited choices. There was an unpleasant incident during our stay at breakfast time when my kid accidentally drop a plate and it was broken. However one of the senior staff at that time seems irritated and showing us unpleasant face despite me apologising few times, which for me very unprofessional and kind of rude.
