Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa and Spa Reviews

Huge villa; gorgeous pool- large and refreshing temperature, lovely huge trees and gardens- although in heart of Sanur you cannot tell once you are in the complex. Outdoor lounge/dining area gorgeous. Room service with no additional fee. Breakfast reasonable, onsite bar restaurant all day. Good price point. Downsides- infestation of bugs in bed [looked like flying things?? not mosquitos and not bed bugs, we got not bites from anything]; we are usually fine with bugs/spend time outdoors etc but we had to call for bug spray which promptly resolved the issue. Bathrooms showing age- need an update. For the price in the area, for private pool, massage on site and resturant/bar on site id give this a 9/10- very good overall with some updates required.

Great stay, big and spacious for 2 pax. Went there for our honeymoon and so please with the stays. They provide breakfast (can eat in villa / beach / restaurant), after tea (2-5pm) and 15 minutes massage during the stay.

Villa is wonderfull !!! Set in a huge tropical garden , with highe end finishing and details . One of the best villa with balinese touch in Sanur . Area is a bit far away from the usual beaches but the compound is wonderfull … 5 star vote

The hotel is located next to Sanur Expressway, and there is a parking lot for parking. It starts at 7am and has no end time. You can order to eat in the villa, 2 drinks and 3 main dishes for adults, 1 drink and 1 main dish for children. Afternoon tea is once a day from 2-4pm, and all the mini bar items are free, replenished once a day, including beer. The villa has two floors, and there are 2 single beds upstairs, so it can actually accommodate 4 adults, but there is an additional charge for more than 2 people. There is also a kitchen and a gas stove that can be used, and you can cook by yourself. The hotel also has its own beach, and you can make an appointment with the front desk for free pick-up and drop-off. There are lounge chairs and blankets, which are also free. Check-out is 12pm, and it is also quick to check. The package also comes with a 15-minute welcome massage for 2 people. The staff are very enthusiastic. The vegetation is also very good. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby: Panda Private Kitchen, as well as a convenience store and Mixue Ice City.

The facilities are a bit old, but clean and well maintained. It is dangerous to walk to Sanur Beach because you have to cross a large road, but there is a shuttle service from 9am to 5pm. The staff is prompt and friendly in responding to requests. It was nice that you could cook simple meals in the villa.

Almost perfect hotel! Great value for money, less than 2,000 for a two-bedroom pool villa, including breakfast for four, daily afternoon tea, and free Sanur pick-up. There is a hidden benefit that the front desk knew that I was going to Kayumanis Ubud later, and offered to arrange a car for me to take us there for free! The only drawback is that I heard some machine noise at night, which may be the compressor outside the air conditioner. In addition, it has nothing to do with the hotel. There are bicycles to ride out, but to be honest, I don’t think Bali is suitable for wandering outside. The roads are not very good, and it is not very friendly to walk or ride a bicycle.

The hotel service is very good, the overall check-in is smooth, and the hotel environment is also very clean, but you may need to pay attention to the need to reserve some time for them to check when checking out (the process of checking items when checking out feels a bit messy, it would be better if someone waits for them at the hotel to check together, so as to explain the location of the items)

The hotel is not big, it is a Balinese-style building, it feels a little bit depressing, there is no business around, you need to take a taxi to go out, it is not very convenient,

This is my favorite hotel in Bali. I think there are many more luxurious and nicer hotels out there. Even in Bali, we love Kayumanis Group. I have stayed at all Kayumanis groups since before the coronavirus, but Kayumanis Sanur is the most relaxing. I like this environment because there is more greenery in the room than in Ubud. I really like the interior and exterior, which have a Balinese feel and are well-organized, and the fact that you don't have to rely on your shoulders or elbows. The hospitality is particularly good, and the service is the best among the Kayumanis Group. As someone who likes Ubud because of the greenery in the rooms, it feels great to be able to enjoy Wira with so much nature even if I'm not in Ubud. This time, it was my mother's birthday, so we asked her about the paid activity of having dinner on the beach. We had a very detailed meeting, and ADI, the butler who is always in charge, took great care of the details. Also, with the support of Yukari, a Japanese guest relations person in Jimbaran who is in the same group, she was able to give detailed advice on decorations etc. when ordering a cake from outside, and I was able to give my mother the best birthday present. Ta. The villa is really comfortable, but when I asked my mother, who was coming to Bali for the first time after the coronavirus, where she wanted to spend her birthday, the first thing she said was Kayumanis Sanur. Ever since Kayumanis Sanur was a child, my mother has said that this is her favorite place, and she still says that to this day. The breakfast and afternoon tea are both very luxurious. I think it's good to just relax in your room. It may be a little inconvenient as it is located in a residential area across the bypass in Sanur, but they will drop you off anywhere in Sanur from tomorrow until 5pm, and in the evening it is no problem if you use Kojek or Grab Car. I do not think. 

The area is large enough and there are beds on both floors. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and 15-minute spa treatment per person. The room facilities are complete and the price is reasonable. The disadvantage is that the room has a sense of age, the mosquito protection is not good, and geckos often appear.

Although the location is a bit far from the sea, there is a shuttle and it is always available, so it was really convenient. There were many programs, so I was able to make good use of them, and I especially loved the program where I could watch the sunrise at the beach.

The service is very good. If you need anything, just call the lobby. The privacy is very good.

The water from the bathtub turned out to be yellow and sandy. The service staff kept pretending that the water tower had not been used for too long and it would be fine after a while. However, after more than an hour, it was still the same. The hotel staff had a negative attitude and wanted me to deal with it. I accept this result and will never choose this restaurant again.

The area is large, and the 24-hour butler service is perfect. It is very comfortable. Free daily stocked minibar: unlimited water storage 1 welcome head and shoulder massage 15 minutes: very comfortable Floating breakfast: very comfortable and easy to photograph, breakfast is delicious hahahahaha There are no other disadvantages except that it is expensive
