I would like to specially thanks Risky, Kiki and Heri for their excellent service! The service is top notch!! They helped to arrange for transport service around seminyak, helping us to book restaurant, prepping our breakfast and being our personal butler for our villa. Their hospitality is superb! The room was clean and breakfast was nice too! Definitely will come back to stay here again! Highly recommended!

After a long period of research, I finally chose this hotel. As expected, I was not disappointed. The hotel is hidden in a busy neighborhood, which is very convenient for shopping and the environment is very good. The water quality of the hotel is also very good. I brought a filtered shower head and it was very clean during my three night stay. Lots of breakfast options, delicious and clean. The 20-minute massage provided by the hotel relieved my fatigue. Every employee is enthusiastic and proactive in their service. The spa technicians are very professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Booked a waterfall pool room, it was great. The air conditioner in the bedroom was a bit loud, and I was not used to it on the first night. Overall it is worth recommending. It is recommended to stay in Seminyak. 😍
