Every staff member at the hotel was so kind, and I loved them so much. It happened to be my husband's birthday, so we asked them to write a message for him, and they were so happy to do it. We even had a small gift for them 🎁. Everyone was so happy, and I thought it was so meaningful ❤ The hotel facilities are so comfortable, and the private pool is my favorite. The floating breakfast was an additional 130,000 rupiah, but overall, it was worth it.

Really lovely villa in the hotel. Short walk from beach but treacherous roads so better getting taxi or scooter.

The front desk staff were very helpful from the moment I step off the car till my check out. Always have a smile and ready to help. They are knowledgeable and speaks good English. It is just off the busy street, so it suits us just fine, being on a more quiet side of town. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Good massage placeswere between walking distance too. So convenient to have our own pool.

Had a nice and quiet stay , the pool was clean enough and also the beddings were at their best .

Location is easily accessible to beach, they have a buggy at the lobby available to send you to your room. Floating breakfast by the pool is worth upgrading for a picturesque experience. Slightly dated villa and cleanliness could be enhanced for the shower area. Would suggest to change the mineral water cap as it is difficult to open and sharp which could cause injury.

Worth 5-star rating! Starting from the moment I step out from my Grab, the security guard is there helping us to take the baggage and staff are really helpful. The welcome drink is just so nice that I will there will be refill drink for that! The room is so spacious and we do have own pool and sun lounger. They do provide massage service, right in your room where you don't need to walk to any place! Highly recommended! They provide free mineral water and indoor slippers!
