Solo traveler.
Take the public bus (Transmetro Dewata) from the airport to the hotel.
About 8-10 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop.
The bus stop is in front of a convenience store (unfortunately they don't sell alcohol).
On the way from the bus stop to the hotel, there is an official currency exchange shop.
The exchange rate is better than at the airport.
You can choose from several types of breakfast at the hotel.
I recommend a room on the first floor with direct access to the pool rather than one on the second floor.
The hotel has a small number of rooms in total, so it is quiet and nice.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk east from the hotel to the beach.
Across the road, walk 5 minutes south and you will find a Japanese-style ramen shop.

The location is along the Sanur bypass. It is a little far from the city on foot. The corridors are quite narrow and difficult to walk through. The air conditioner in the room is not very effective. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room.
