Very bad experience 1. The overall facilities are very old, the room is not clean, the towels are very torn, and the quilt has big stains. The sink is blocked and the bedside table drawer is broken 2. They said they would pick us up in Ubud at 20.15, but we didn't get a car until 20.50. We caught a cold and wasted a lot of time. Complaints to the hotel were fruitless, and the hotel's attitude was very bad

The Vila rooms are perfect, big, Nice bathroom and the view of Vila 406 is perfect, it cant be better. Also the service was great. A big thanks for putu dadok, he made our stay perfect. He made us a good service Hope to come back Some time. Thanks for all

The rooms are amazing, private pool, spacious and with very peaceful atmosphere. The true gift is with the staff who are so helpful and friendly. The admin team, Juli, Tiuui, Supra and Adi made our stay spectacular. The restaurant team were amazing, room service, housekeeping and last but not least, the lovely ladies at the Spa, Mariami and Pewati. Thank you everybody.

My husband & I had a wonderful time at The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa.staying 7 night's,in this wonderful place, private swimming pool, large bed, & bath room's. Buggy service to room & back to Villa for breakfast, lunch and dinner or meals in your room at request. All staff very accommodating to all our needs. Lovely conversation and learning language with staff. We especially enjoyed chatting with Adit (Alex) at meals as he learning to speak English. Delicious food & drinks. And a few special activities lick the dancers & special dinner for Valentine's day. Thank you to all the lovely staff for all you assistance and the special gift we received at our door 1 afternoon. Mr John & Mrs Linda McCredie enjoyed our stay and will recommend you to other to stay at this wonderful resort. We also had a lovely massage at the Spa, thank all very much.
