This is an amazing villa, and amazing staff. We had such a lovely time and our kids really enjoyed spending time with the staff too. We will most certainly be coming back again. The villa themselves are well set up and have everything you will need to enjoy your time.

The villas were beautiful and the staff were outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. Special thanks to Wi (Wiparma) who looked after our villa group so well. The breakfasts were amazing Wi and your chilli sauce was a hit across all the villas. Highly recommend a stay here.

After 2 flight changes Serene Villas helped us on both occasions to help our family find suitable accommodation for our family. Once again staff were helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible . Big shout out to Putu, Cipta, Saytia and Ketut..

This villa was amazing!! clean and spacious for our group of 7 !! Mamma ayu was so welcoming and was so easy to deal with! The breakfast she cooked us was darish would recommend this villa in future!!Close to all shops Thank u sunglow villa. The girls from Melbourne xx

The staff were very friendly, Ayu was so lovely and helpful and great with our kids too. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day and the serving size was more than enough. Great choices. Location was excellent too at the end of the lane is a circle K, massage and laundry. In the same laneway is a proper coffee shop and a couple of food options. Was quite too even though the location was close to the Main Street. The only thing I could think to improve, which is very minor was the coffee. It would be nice to have more of a barista style instead of the percolator type, but that’s also our personal preference and not a negative on the facility by any means.

Good stay at Serene Villa. Relaxing and great customer service by the entire team. Suraya, Uni and Mini took great care of us. Two bedroom villa with private pool is what we stayed in and it was great. Will be looking forward to stay here again.

If you want to be spoilt by Wiwin and the lovely staff, stay at Serene Villas in Seminyak. Best decision we made booking here. Was hubby’s 60th birthday so perfect accommodation for us staying with our four adult children and having our own spaces. The bedrooms were huge, the outdoors and pool area all ours! Each day Wiwin popped in and cooked our individual breakfast requests, cleaned the villa spotlessly, the gardener and pool guy came thru ensuring the gardens and pool stayed immaculate. We booked day tours and airport transport with them, nothing was too much trouble. They even gifted us a fruit basket and a box of water when I was out of action with an injury. They love to look after you! Even better than the photos. Definitely would choose to stay again. And if I could, I would bring Wiwin home with me :)
