The room was nice except air conditioner. It was pretty loud even on the low mode.

Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed and pillow sheets. Besides that, everything was enjoyable, helpful staffs and good location.

Great relaxing stay with everything close by, (Sanur beach, restaurants, laundry and money exchange). Love the shaded pool area and staff were super friendly. 😊

It is as convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to other places as Didi I used the Grab taxi app. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around. If you want to withdraw cash, you can walk to the ATM in seven minutes

The location was good and it was comfortable. They packed breakfast for us even when we had to leave early in the morning, and the pool was nice. The room was spacious and nice.
