Palm Garden Kuta - Photo Gallery

The stay didn't start off well as they tried to put me in a twin room when I had booked a double room. They tried to tell me the double rooms were already fully booked. After asking for a refund, they "miraculously" found a double room for me. The room was nice enough but the cleanliness could be really improved. The sheets had some small stains, and a cupboard door was broken and really stained. I also woke up to see some sort of sandy material on the headboard of the bed. Only toilet paper and two bars of soap were provided. The air con, fan, and wifi all worked well. The pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. The central location is the best thing about this place.

The location is very good, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The big shopping mall is only 2 minutes away. The only downside is that the room is quite damp, and the clothes are always wet. And the swimming pool has not been repaired yet, which is a pity.

The location was good, it was cheap, and everything was good. It wasn't bad enough to extend for two days. Until I found out there were damn bed bugs.. You don't know right away because there's an incubation period for bed bug bites. I think I got bitten in about ten points. They're still coming back after the incubation period. Thank you. The hotel is located close to all the shops and markets in Kuta. The beach is not far away. The pool was clean and swimming was nice. The staff is friendly
