A heavenly place, we got a room with a view of the lake and the volcano. There are fruit trees on the territory, such as mango, avocado, passion fruit and many others) there is also a pool with a hot spring, but for us it was not hot enough) the staff is always responsive, always ready to prompt and advise what and where to see) it is simply a magical place. I recommend it 100%

Gorgeous view from the balcony!
Sunrises, sunsets, maybe you don't even have to go anywhere)
But the stairs are a bit tiring to the upper rooms, especially with a lot of luggage.
They helped me lift my suitcase, but I had to take it down myself. But the view is definitely worth it.

The standard room has an AC according to trip.com, but in fact it only has a fan.
But I wont blame the hotel, because I have the strong feeling trip used a.g.o.d.a as a third party and put the wrong information.
The view from our room was very nice, and we had the banana pancake for breakfast that was excellent. It is a good accomodation for the price and I would recommend it. But next time I would choose a room with AC
