The accommodation provided was not hygienic and not safe for children. The floor was very slippery and the protection of the stair case very poor. The chloride content of the private swimming pools was too high. We had burns on skin after swimming in the pool. Due to the poor hygiene of the place, my wife and children had running stomachs on the second night . Due to the poor hygiene and unsafe conditions, we moved out of the property on the third day. We booked the property for 9 nights. The hotel refused to refund the remaining 6 days. At lost of more than 1500USD$.
We paid more than 250USD$ per night this very poor accommodation!
It is not a place for families with small children, below 10 years old.

The service is very serious and the room is very good. It is exactly the same as the photo. It is very suitable for a quiet vacation. The waiter will come over every day to order mosquito coils to clean and water the flowers. They will also ask you what you want to eat tomorrow. Breakfast is served to you in the kitchen of the room. Freshly made, I tried the omelette, pancakes and fried noodles, which were very good. It just happened to be my birthday. I don’t know how the hotel found out. Maybe I saw it when registering my passport. Not only did they help me decorate the bed (the elephant and the little man are very cute), but all the staff came over in the afternoon to sing happy birthday to me. Eating cake and lighting candles, I felt like I was fishing in Haidilao for a moment. All the waiters serve you with a smile. They greet you every time, help you carry your luggage, help you take a taxi, and help you communicate with the locals. Highly recommended

Kumpi Villa staff were lovely and very helpful.
The villas are in a great location with an easy walk to the main streets where there are many restaurants, shopping and pharmacy. We felt safe and comfortable there.
We stayed in a 3bdm villa and there was loads of space for our family.
The private pool is a lovely treat to cool off after walking.
We had breakfast made for us in the villa and that was a nice treat.

Fabulous Stay
Wow! What an incredible place to start our Bali adventure. Not too far from the airport, a walk away from eat street and the beach and most wonderful staff. We would highly recommend Kumpi Villas
